Conventionally, over-operation of the filter press is caused by (a) the step of supplying the filtered stock solution to the filter press and filtering it through a cloth, and (b) the step of washing the cake deposited between the cloths with water to remove soluble impurities in the cake. , (c) the process of compressing the cake using fluid pressure to reduce the moisture in the cake, (d) the process of opening the plate and discharging the cake, (e) the process of washing the cloth with water while it is attached to the plate,
(f) One cycle consisted of compressing the plates closely and closing the filter press. However, when filtering a stock solution containing natural organic substances through a filter press, there are cases where over-operation is performed while maintaining conditions favorable for the propagation of aerobic microextracts mixed in the stock solution. many. For example, a supernatant extract obtained by extracting auxiliary raw materials such as natural food products such as rice bran in a sulfuric acid solution at room temperature of 20 to 40℃,
When a precipitate produced by adding an alkaline chemical such as calcium hydroxide is washed with water and then passed through a filter press, aerobic microorganisms (bacteria) mixed in with the precipitate may be present under the operating conditions of the filter press (temperature 15 -37°C), and is actively multiplied, and over time, it adheres to cloth, boards, etc., significantly reducing overefficiency, and may lead to overexertion. Therefore, in actual operation, it is necessary to replace the cloth and completely clean the liquid passages on the plate surface almost every day, which reduces the loading efficiency of the filter press. Particularly in the case of large filter presses, it takes a lot of time to clean them.

That is, in this invention, when passing through a filter press a filtered stock solution containing precipitates in which aerobic microorganisms are likely to propagate, there is a passing step, a step in which the plate is opened to allow the cake to fall and discharge, a first cloth washing step, and a step in which the plate is tightly closed. This method of cleaning a filter press is characterized in that one cycle includes a compressing and hot water circulation process, a second cloth washing process of opening the plate again, and a process of closely compressing the plate.

A stock solution supply port 4 and a solution discharge port 5 are provided on the fixed end plate 3 of the filter press 2 adjacent to the multiple plates 1 so as to be openable and closable, and the stock solution to be filtered is passed through the stock solution supply pump 6 and the stock solution supply valve 7. is supplied into the filter press 2 from the stock solution supply port 4, and the plate 1
The liquid passed through a cloth (not shown) spread between the two is discharged from the liquid outlet 5 through the liquid valve 8. After completion of the heating, the stock solution supply pump 6 and stock solution supply valve 7 are closed to stop supplying the stock solution, and the cake washing valve 9 is opened to supply water to the cake deposited between the plates 1 to remove soluble impurities impregnated into the cake. is discharged and removed from the discharge valve 10, and then the cake washing valve 9 is closed and the pressurized air valve 11
is opened to compress the cake and remove moisture in the cake through the discharge valve 10. After that, the plates 1 are opened and the cake between the plates 1 is allowed to fall and be removed. With the plates 1 open, the fabric washing water tank 12, fabric washing water pump 13, and filter press 2 are moved in the front-rear direction, and the fabric washing device 15 having the fountain nozzle 14 is used to clean the fabric between the plates 1. First wash. Next, with the plate 1 tightly compressed and sealed, hot water is supplied into the filter press 2 from a hot water tank 17 having a heating device 16 through a hot water supply pump 18, a hot water supply valve 19, and a stock solution supply port 4, and then a liquid discharge port. 5. Return the hot water to the hot water tank 17 via the hot water discharge valve 20 and circulate it. This circulation of hot water kills aerobic microorganisms attached to the liquid passages (grooves) of the cloth and plate 1, making them easier to peel off. The cloth 1 of the filter press 2 is then opened again and the cloth washing device 15 is activated to perform a second cloth washing to clean the cloth and the plate, after which the plate of the filter press is closely compressed.

As described above, the present invention can be applied to the cake falling and discharging process during over-operation of the conventional filter press.
Following the first cloth washing process, the board is closely compressed and this hot water circulation process is performed.
The aerobic microorganisms that have grown in the secondary process are killed and become easy to peel off, and these are washed away in the secondary cloth washing process. It is no longer necessary to carry out the work every day, and the load handling efficiency of the filter press can be improved.
