一体構成の合成樹脂とするのが、最も簡便である
が、本発明は別体構造でも実施できる。実施例に
於ける該支持腕5,6の下端には、軸心a―aの
方向が前記水平フレーム部2と平行である取付軸
7を取付ける。該軸7の断面は正円であるとは限
らない。該取付軸7の上面8と水平フレーム部2
の下面との間には、必ず間隔Tを設ける。該間隔
Tが設けてないと、本発明は実施不能である。取
付軸7の軸心a―aの方向は、左右方向である。

るように弾性のある合成樹脂により構成する。こ
の取付部10の構造が本発明の要点である。第5
図は前記切欠部13を変形させて取付軸7を嵌合
させている状態図である。
