異常摩耗を来たすという欠点があつた。 Conventionally, metal travelers have been used for spinning machines, but with the recent high-speed rotation and high-speed spinning aimed at high productivity, the friction between the ring and the traveler is intense, causing rapid wear of the traveler and shortening its lifespan. This caused the thread to become short and the traveler to be scattered due to traveler burn, leading to thread breakage. Therefore, in order to improve the wear resistance of the traveler, it was considered that the traveler was coated with chrome plating, but although chrome plating has very high hardness, it did not fit well with the ring, and the spinning force was extremely high in the early stage of spinning. This has the disadvantage that the threads become more expensive and breakage occurs frequently due to thread plucking.Furthermore, the plating surface tends to crack, which causes exfoliation and wear, resulting in abnormal wear of the traveler.

If the thickness is less than 1μ, it will wear out due to wear in the early stages of use, resulting in a shortened service life.If the thickness exceeds 20μ, peeling and wear may occur due to sliding contact between the ring and the traveler, or between the thread and the traveler, resulting in abnormal wear. It causes.

Forms a lubricant layer, which improves the initial conformity of the traveler to the ring and greatly reduces thread breakage and traveler burn.

This invention has excellent effects such as being able to greatly extend the life of the machine and being inexpensive.
