There are multiple landfill sites divided at predetermined intervals, and each landfill site is approximately 220m x 280m in size. To do this, it is necessary to prepare a large water-blocking sheet that can cover this one large section of landfill, and if this water-blocking sheet were manufactured in a factory, it would not only be extremely difficult to manufacture; The defect was that the transportation from the factory to the landfill site and the installation work at the landfill site were extremely complicated.

Particularly, to explain based on FIGS. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, a large number of sheet pieces 1 having a planar rectangular shape are made from vulcanized synthetic rubber or the like in a factory,
The edges of the sheet pieces 1 are stacked one on top of the other and joined together using a hot pressure press machine to create a wide belt-shaped sheet 2, and this belt-shaped sheet 2 is wound around a roller 3 for a predetermined length. It is now being transported from factories to landfill sites.

A reclaimed revetment 7 is provided on the 6 side, and a plurality of reclaimed lands 9 are provided by partitioning the revetments 5 and 7 at predetermined intervals by temporary revetments 8. FIG. 3 shows a state in which the left-hand reclaimed land 9 has already been reclaimed and a sheet has been laid on the central reclaimed land 9. The size of the reclaimed land 9 in this example is determined by the distance between the seawalls 5 and 7.
281m, and the distance between eight temporary seawalls is 220m.

0 is floated, and fishing boat wires 11 extending in all directions from the work boat 10 are fixed to the temporary seawalls 8 on both sides. Figures 4 and 5 are on the work boat 10.
As shown in the figure, two electric winches 12 are provided, and the operation of these electric winches 12 pulls the tug wire 11 and moves the work boat 10 towards the temporary seawall.
At the same time, the moving position of the work boat 10 is changed based on the change in the fixed position of the tug wire 11 with respect to the temporary revetment 8. Further, a rolled-up belt-shaped sheet 2 is placed on the work boat 10, and an end portion 13 of this belt-shaped sheet 2 is placed on the work boat 10.
As shown in FIG. 3, by moving the work boat 10 while fixed to the temporary seawall 8, the rolled-up band-shaped sheet 2 is sequentially rewound. Furthermore, a crane 14 is mounted on the work boat 10.
is provided, and the work boat 1 is moved by this crane 14.
The belt-shaped sheet 2 is replenished onto the sheet 0.

A large number of floating balls 17 are attached to the edge so that the side edge of the strip sheet 2 fed out from the work boat 10 is held stretched in a floating state. Also, on the work boat 10, as shown in FIG.
is provided, and the new belt-shaped sheet 2, which is rewound as the work boat 10 moves, overlaps the side edge of the belt-shaped sheet 2 that was previously stretched on the reclaimed land 9 by about 3 cm. The electric heat press machine 18 heats and presses them together using a hot joint method to join them together. This hot joint method is extremely easy to work with, as it does not require adhesive or protective tape, compared to the cold joint method, which uses adhesives, etc., and the overlap distance is about 1/7th that of the cold joint method. Although the joint can be narrow, the peel strength and shear strength of the joint are large, and a strong joint force with little variation can be obtained.

と接合される。 Therefore, movement of the work boat 10 by operating the electric winch 12 on the work boat 10, rewinding and supply of the strip sheet 2 by the movement of the work boat 10, attachment of the wire rope 16 and floating ball 17 to the strip sheet 2, and electric heating. By repeating the operations of joining the sheet side edges with the press 18 and changing the moving position of the work boat 10 by changing the fixing position of the tug wire 11 to the temporary seawall 8, a large shield that can cover the reclaimed land 9 is created. The water sheet 19 can be easily made at a landfill site. After the water-shielding sheet 19 reaches a predetermined size in this work, the end portion 13 of the band-shaped sheet 2 is released from the temporary seawall 8 and the floats 17 are removed. will be laid on the seabed in Landfill 9. In addition, the sheet on the side of the landfill 9 is separately stretched, and the water-shielding sheet 19 is laid on the seabed.

る。(Effects of the Invention) As described in detail above, the present invention enables work to be carried out while joining a band-shaped sheet to the side edges of the band-shaped sheet previously stretched on the reclaimed land on a work boat floating on a reclaimed land. As the ship moves, a new strip sheet is unwound from the work boat to create a large water-shielding sheet, and this water-shielding sheet is laid on the seabed at the landfill site. The present invention has excellent effects in that a large-sized water-blocking sheet can be easily manufactured, and the sheet can be easily transported from the factory to the landfill site and the work of laying the sheet at the landfill site can be easily performed.
