However, when reclaiming a beach, generally a reclaimed seawall is built on the ocean side at a predetermined distance from the land side seawall, and a temporary seawall is installed between the reclaimed seawall and the land side seawall extending in a direction perpendicular to the seawall. There are multiple landfill sites divided at predetermined intervals, and each landfill site is approximately 220m x 280m in size. To do this, it is necessary to prepare a large water-blocking sheet that can cover this one large section of landfill, and if this water-blocking sheet were manufactured in a factory, it would not only be extremely difficult to manufacture; The defect was that the transportation from the factory to the landfill site and the installation work at the landfill site were extremely complicated.

First, regarding the sheet used in this example,
Particularly, to explain based on FIGS. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, a large number of sheet pieces 1 having a planar rectangular shape are made from vulcanized synthetic rubber or the like in a factory,
The edge edges of the sheet pieces 1 are stacked one on top of the other and joined using a hot pressure press machine to make a wide belt-shaped sheet 2.
The material is rolled up to a predetermined length and transported from the factory to the landfill site.

By the way, in this example, the height is 1.2m, the width is 8m,
Sheet pieces 1 with a thickness of 2 mm are joined with an overlap margin of 3 cm,
A belt-shaped sheet 2 of approximately 100 m is wound around one roller 3. Therefore, the sheet can be easily manufactured in a factory, and there is no need to fold the sheet, and the sheet can be easily transported from the factory to the landfill site.

Next, the method of laying the sheet at the reclamation site of this embodiment will be explained according to Fig. 3 and subsequent figures. A reclaimed revetment 7 is provided on the 6 side, and a plurality of reclaimed lands 9 are provided by partitioning the revetments 5 and 7 at predetermined intervals by temporary revetments 8. FIG. 3 shows a state in which the left-hand reclaimed land 9 has already been reclaimed and a sheet has been laid on the central reclaimed land 9. The size of the reclaimed land 9 in this embodiment is such that the distance between the revetments 5 and 7 is 281 m, and the distance between the temporary revetments 8 is 220 m.

In this embodiment, a work boat 1 is located in the landfill 9.
0 is floated, and fishing boat wires 11 extending in all directions from the work boat 10 are fixed to the temporary seawalls 8 on both sides. As shown in FIG. 6, the work boat 10
Two electric winches 12 are installed above, and the operation of the electric winches 12 pulls the tug wire 11 to move the work boat 10 back and forth between the temporary seawalls 8, and also to move the work boat 10 back and forth between the temporary seawalls 8. Based on the change in the fixed position of the wire 11, the work boat 10
The moving position of is now being changed. A rolled-up belt-like sheet 2 is placed at a payout position at the end of the work boat 10, and as shown in FIG. It is becoming more and more popular. Further, a spare strip sheet 2 is placed on the work boat 10, and a crane 14 provided on the work boat 10 supplies the strip sheet 2 to the feeding position.

On the other hand, at the rear of the work boat 10 in the moving direction,
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a plurality of diver boats 15 are floating on the reclaimed land 9. The first group of divers 16 who descended from the diver's boat 15 to the seabed deposited the strip-shaped sheet 2, which was unwound from the work boat 10, at a landfill 9 as shown in FIG.
will be laid on the ocean floor. In addition, the side edges of the belt-shaped sheet 2 laid on the seabed by the second group of divers 17 who descended from another diver's ship 15 to the seabed were removed as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. joined together.

That is, as shown in FIG. 5, when the strip-shaped sheet 2 is unwound from the work boat 10, the side edges thereof are kept upright from the seabed by the floating balls 18 attached thereto. Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the side edges of the adjacently arranged strip sheets 2 are joined together via an adhesive tape 19 made of an unvulcanized sheet made of special synthetic rubber, and the bolts 20
and is tightened and fixed by the nut 21, or the eighth
As shown in the figure, they are similarly joined via adhesive tape 19 and fastened and fixed with caulking metal fittings 22. After that, the floating ball 18 is removed and the fifth
As shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 9, the joint portion of the band-shaped sheet 2 is bent and held on the seabed by a canopy 23.

Therefore, the strip sheet 2 due to the movement of the work boat 10
The divers 16 of the first group lay the sheet strips 2 on the seabed, and the divers 17 of the second group repeatedly join the side edges of the sheet sheets 2 together. The water-blocking sheet 24 can be easily made.
Note that the sheet on the side surface of the reclaimed land 9 is separately stretched and joined to the water-blocking sheet 24 laid on the seabed.

(Effects of the Invention) As described in detail above, the present invention unwinds a belt-shaped sheet from a work boat floating on a reclaimed land, lays it on the seabed of the reclaimed land, and joins the side edges of the belt-shaped sheet to each other on the seabed. As a result, large-sized water-blocking sheets can be easily manufactured at the landfill site based on the belt-shaped sheets manufactured at the factory, and transportation of the sheets from the factory to the landfill site is easy. Also, it has the excellent effect that the work of laying the sheet on a landfill site can be easily performed.
