There are known methods of cutting wood frits cut from logs using a slicer or half-round rotary lace, but in both of these methods, decorative veneers are obtained by cutting the wood frits cut from logs intermittently. Therefore, the production efficiency is low, and it is difficult to obtain a large frit due to the depletion of high-quality large-diameter wood, so it is difficult to form a wide decorative veneer.

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a decorative veneer that enables the following.
以下、添付図面に従つて本発明を説明する。 The present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

When using hardwoods such as oak and birch as logs, end cracks often occur during boiling, so if you prepare the above-mentioned cut grooves 2 before boiling,
This is preferable because the internal stress generated by heating is relaxed and absorbed in the groove, thereby preventing the occurrence of end cracks.

You can eliminate the work of removing it from the board.

It has an appearance very similar to the grain pattern of board 6.

容易であるという利点を有するものである。 As described above, the present invention is similar to the case where decorative veneers are obtained by a slicer etc. in that the wood grain patterns of decorative veneers obtained by continuous cutting are very similar to each other. For cutting, a wood fritsch is used,
Since only one side of the wood is cut, only a narrow decorative veneer can be obtained. However, according to the method of the present invention, the raw wood has cut grooves extending along the longitudinal direction toward the center and reaching the chuck part, and is then cut into a rotary lace. Since the method involves stripping the wood in its entirety, it is possible to obtain a wide decorative veneer even if the wood is small in diameter. Moreover, the cutting work is carried out continuously, resulting in high production efficiency, and the resulting decorative veneer is Unlike regular rotary veneer, the wood grain pattern is always cut at a fixed position, so the advantage is that the work of cutting into the specified wood grain pattern can be omitted, and the patterns of the decorative veneer can be easily aligned. It has the following.

有するものである。 In addition, if the above-mentioned cut grooves are provided before the wood is boiled and steamed, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of end cracks due to the boiling and steaming process. Providing cut grooves in the grooves has the advantage that removal work for defective parts can be omitted.
