Fishing rods are partially or entirely wrapped with cotton thread, synthetic thread, etc., either for reinforcement to prevent them from being damaged by blows or blows, or to change the condition of the material of the fishing rod itself. At this time, in order to display letters, patterns, etc. on the fishing rod, attach transparent thin paper such as parchment paper or resin film with letters and patterns on the material on which the thread is not wound, and place a transparent thin paper such as parchment paper or resin film on top of the material on which the thread is not wound. A resin solution was applied.

Since it was not possible to wind the thread around the parts that corresponded to letters, patterns, etc., there were limitations when it came to creating decorations, rod tone, etc.

旨とするものである。 The present invention aims to improve these shortcomings, and provides a fishing rod in which letters and patterns are attached to the surface of the fishing rod wrapped with thread without damaging its appearance and are free from wear and peeling, as well as reinforcing the fishing rod. The method relates to a method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced fishing rod material, in which a reinforcing thread is tightly wound around the outer peripheral surface of the material, and a thermosetting resin solution is applied several times on the upper surface of the wound thread to impregnate the inside of the thread. At the same time, a resin layer is formed on the wound yarn, and after drying and curing, the resin layer is polished until it becomes smooth.A sheet with letters, patterns, etc. is pasted on the peripheral surface, and a transparent resin liquid is applied as the outermost layer. The gist of this is that the material is coated and cured.

5を塗布硬化して釣竿を製造する。 To explain the present invention with reference to an embodiment, an aligned sheet of carbon fiber impregnated with a thermosetting polyester resin is wound around a core bar, a cellophane tape is tightly wound around the core bar, the core bar is pulled out after drying and hardening, and the cellophane tape on the outer circumferential surface is wrapped around a core bar. Peel off the tape, polish the surface, and tightly wrap a 0.5 mm cotton thread 2 around the outer circumference of the formed material 1.
5: Polyurethane resin and hardening material from the outer peripheral surface.
Apply resin solution 3, which is prepared by diluting resin solution 1 with 5% thinner twice, to penetrate into the inside of the yarn and form a resin layer on the wound yarn.
After drying and curing in an oven at 100°C, polish the surface with water-resistant paper until it becomes smooth, then apply the above thermosetting resin solution 2 to 5 times, dry and harden in an oven at 80 to 100°C, and then polish the surface. Parchment paper with letters and patterns 4
A transparent thermoplastic polyurethane resin 5 is applied and cured on top of the adhesive to produce a fishing rod.

ができる。 As explained above, the method of the present invention adds letters, patterns, etc. between the outermost resin layer and the outermost resin layer, which is coated with resin on the surface of the thread and hardened. The letters and patterns will not wear out and disappear even if they come into contact with external objects such as sand, a rod holder, or the edge of a boat.At the same time, the resin-cured thread on the top of the material and the outermost resin layer act as a cushioning material to protect against rocks, rods, etc. It protects the material even when intensive contact pressure is applied by the receiver, improving durability and preventing breakage. Furthermore, in the case of a fishing rod such as a fishing rod in which the surface of the main rod is entirely wound with thread, letters or patterns can be attached to any desired thread.

である。 Furthermore, when transparent thermosetting resin is used, letters, patterns, etc. stand out on the wound thread, making it highly decorative and preventing wear and peeling without damaging the appearance of the wound thread surface. It has an excellent feature and practicality that it is possible to provide characters and patterns without any characters and patterns, and is not limited to tone decoration for adding characters and patterns.
