い欠点がある。 Conventionally, when collating the cover of a book that is being transported,
For example, as shown in Utility Model Publication No. 34-3710,
The cover is fed diagonally to the bottom surface of the book using a conveyor that runs diagonally from below the book, and at the end of the oblique conveyor for supplying the cover, the top of the front end of the book is overlapped with the top of the front end of the cover, and the top of the front end of the book is overlaid. The front edges of the front covers are aligned and the driving force of the diagonal conveyor for supplying the covers is used to transport them forward and collate them. In addition to the risk that some parts of the cover may slip and slide further forward, the fact that the cover is a single leaf and flexible is also a problem, as the weight of the book is placed on the cover and it becomes difficult to move. As a result, there is a drawback that proper collation cannot be achieved due to misalignment, inclination, or wrinkles.

う。 In addition, since the covers are kept on standby on the diagonal conveyor, there is a risk of them slipping off, and it is difficult to set the timing between sending out from the standby position and loading the books, and the front edge of the covers overhangs excessively at the overlapping position. It is easy to cause deviation and wrinkles due to alignment.
In addition, the conveyor for conveying books has a wide gap between the front stage and the rear stage, and the front end of the oblique conveyor for supplying covers must be placed in the space, and an alignment device, etc. must be installed. The transport of books has to depend on rollers, etc., making the movement of books very unstable. If the books are unbound, they tend to be stacked misaligned, and there is a limit to the feeding speed. cormorant.

に対処し難い欠点がある。 Furthermore, since the cover feeding device is installed in a hidden position below the book transport path, it is difficult to manage the feeding of the cover from above, and it is difficult to quickly deal with troubles that occur.

It also extends to the interleaf sheets 8 in the interleaf sheet storage space 5, and aligns the sheets by pressing the rear ends of both 1 and 8 with the shared pusher 3 in the non-interfering state. By the subsequent propulsion of the common pusher, the interleaving paper 1 is carried out from the opening of the interleaving paper storage space 5 onto the front conveyance path, and at the same time, the base paper is carried out onto the front conveyance path of the opening.

きる。 That is, according to the present invention, the collation position of both sheets can be set in advance by pressing the common pusher in a non-interfering state before stacking the base paper on the interleaf paper and applying weight, and then the collating position of the two sheets can be set in advance by pressing the common pusher. Complete collation can be achieved by propulsion, which eliminates the problem of poor collation such as wrinkles, slanting, and misalignment of the leading edge of the interleaving paper, which is the case with the conventional method of stacking the base paper on the interleaving paper and applying weight to them and aligning them. can be effectively resolved and reliable collation can be achieved.

できる。 In addition, the interleaving paper can be placed in the interleaving paper storage space and left undisturbed to prepare for collation before the base paper reaches the base paper.
There is no need for difficult timing settings as in the conventional example in which interleaving sheets are sent out at the overlapping timing via an oblique conveyor, and the fear of slippage of interleaving sheets and troubles caused by this, which would occur when using an oblique conveyor, can be eliminated.
