(Prior art and its problems) The separator as described above is manufactured through a sizing process in which a wire is cut into a predetermined size, a washer fitting process in which a washer is fitted to both ends of the wire that has been cut to a predetermined length, and a washer. It is manufactured by a rolling process in which a washer-receiving rib is formed on the wire on the inside of the washer, and screw grooves are rolled on both ends of the wire on the outside of the washer. The cutting process was performed using a special machine for size cutting, the washer fitting process was performed manually, and the rolling process was performed using a special machine for rolling.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention proposes a separator manufacturing apparatus capable of solving the conventional problems as described above, and its characteristics are that the separator is fed in the longitudinal direction and horizontally. A wire rod size cutting device that cuts the wire rod into a predetermined length, and a pair of left and right conveyors that receive the wire rods that have been cut by this wire rod size cutting device and fall down, and transport the received wire rods in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the length direction. a pair of left and right washer fitting devices for fitting washers to both ends of the wire rod conveyed by the conveyor; and washer-receiving ribs formed at positions inside the washers of the wire rod sent out from the conveyor. and a pair of left and right rolling devices that form screw grooves on both ends of the wire outside the washer, and the wire size cutting device changes the position of a wire rod tip receiving stopper that determines the cutting length. The cutting length is configured to be changeable, and furthermore, among the pair of left and right conveyors, the pair of left and right washer fitting devices, and the pair of left and right rolling devices, the device located on the side of the movable stopper is adjustable in the widthwise position. The point is that it is installed on one movable platform.

That is, the screw shaft portion 1 into which the stopper 15 is screwed
The shaft body 16 having a diameter 6a is capable of sliding only in the axial direction at a spline shaft portion 16b near the end on the feeding direction side of the wire rod 2 with respect to the bevel gear 18 which is supported only rotatably by a bearing 17. The wire rod 2 is biased in the opposite direction to the feeding direction by a compression coil spring 21 interposed between the thrust bearing 19 fitted to the shaft body 16 and the fixed-side spring receiver 20. has been done. Reference numeral 22 denotes a driving bevel gear that meshes with the bevel gear 18. By rotationally driving this bevel gear 22 by a driving means (not shown), the shaft body 16 is rotated via the bevel gear 18, and the stopper 15 is rotated. The position of the wire rod 2 can be adjusted forward or backward in the feeding direction of the wire rod 2.

The end of the shaft body 16 on the opposite side to the wire rod feeding direction is provided with a movable base 2 that can slide back and forth in the wire rod feeding direction.
It is rotatably supported by a bearing member 24 attached to 3. The guide 13 having the through hole 14 is attached to the movable base 23 , and a movable blade body 27 that can be raised and lowered and has a cutting blade portion 26 in sliding contact with the inner end surface 25 of the guide 13 is attached to the movable base 23 .
is supported by 28 is a spring that biases the movable blade body 27 in the upward direction; The other end 28c is in contact with the movable blade body 27.
The pin 30 is in contact with the lower side of the pin 30 protruding from the top. 31
is a hammer that moves up and down continuously, and when the movable base 23 moves a certain distance in the feeding direction of the wire rod 2, the step surface 32 formed at the upper end of the movable blade body 27 is moved to the striking part 33 of the hammer 31. When entering the lower side, the striking portion 33 strikes the movable blade body 27 downward via the step surface 32.

According to the automatic size cutting device 3 described above, the tip of the wire rod 2 being fed comes into contact with the stopper 15 via the through hole 14 of the guide 13, and the shaft body 16 and the movable table 23 are connected via the stopper 15. are integrally pressed and moved in the wire feeding direction against the biasing force of the compression coil spring 21. However,
When the movable base 23 moves a certain distance in the wire feeding direction, the movable blade body 2 moves together with the movable base 23.
A hammer 31 in which the stepped surface 32 of No. 7 is moving up and down.
The movable blade 27 enters the vertical path of the striking part 33, and the movable blade body 27, which is at the upper limit position, is driven down by the striking part 33 due to the biasing force of the spring 28. As a result, the wire 2 is instantly cut by the rear end surface 25 of the guide 14 (the exit of the through hole 14) and the cutting blade portion 26 at the position where the wire rod 2 exits from the through hole 14.

The length of the cut wire 2 is equal to the distance between the stopper 15 and the rear end surface 25 of the guide 14 (the exit of the through hole 14). Therefore, the cut length of the wire 2 can be adjusted by rotating the shaft 16 and changing the position of the stopper 15 back and forth in the wire feeding direction, as described above. That is, according to this automatic size cutting device 3, a wire rod cut to an arbitrary length can be obtained. The position of the stopper 15 can be adjusted even when the device is in operation.
This can be done freely by rotating 2.

Once the cup-shaped washer 44 is fitted to one end of the wire rod 38 using one washer fitting device 6 as described above, the wire rod 38 is fitted with a washer on the opposite side that is paired with the washer fitting device 6. When passing through the position of the device 6, the cup-shaped washer 44 is fitted onto the other end of the wire 38 in the same manner as described above. Wire rod 38 with washers 44 fitted on both ends in this way
is sent to the rolling device 7 at the next stage by the conveying device 4, and a screw groove is rolled in a constant length region of both ends to form a helical shaft portion. At this time, the washer receiving rib rolling portion 53 (fourth

(Operations and Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the separator rolling device of the present invention, by simply feeding the wire rod from the wire coil to the wire rod size cutting device, the wire rod can be cut to a predetermined size, and the wire rod can be cut to a predetermined size. During the process of rolling the wire in the horizontal direction perpendicular to its length, washers are fitted to both ends of the wire, and washer-receiving ribs and screw grooves are automatically fitted in sequence with a rolling device. By rolling, separators for tightening formwork can be manufactured. Moreover, when changing the cutting length of the wire rod by changing the position of the wire rod receiving stopper of the wire rod size cutting device, the movable base supporting one side of the pair of left and right conveyors, the washer fitting device, and the rolling device, respectively, can be changed. By adjusting the position in the width direction, it is possible to fit washers to the ends of wire rods of different lengths and roll washer receiving ribs and screw grooves without any problems, so separators of any length can be used. It can be manufactured extremely easily.

In other words, even if the separators have special dimensions, they can be manufactured in the required number extremely easily by simply adjusting the position of the wire receiving stopper of the wire size cutting device and the position of the movable base. It is possible to achieve significant cost reductions.
