No. 114253 (Sho 57)
15814), and this plate making printing apparatus includes a base having a pressure receiving surface, a pressing position where the pressing surface is pressed against the pressure receiving surface, and a pressing position where the pressing surface is pressed against the pressure receiving surface. A pressing plate rotatable with respect to the base is provided between an open position separated from the pressure receiving surface, and the pressure receiving surface is constituted by a cushion plate such as urethane foam, and the pressing surface is constituted by a transparent glass plate. It is composed of a light transmitting plate such as.

Printing is carried out in a thermosensitive manner by irradiating the polymer with a light beam that has passed through the light transmitting plate while the two are pressed against each other, and printing is performed by pressing the original printing plate attached to the pressing surface of the pressing plate. This is performed in a pressing manner by pressing a plate against the printing paper placed on the pressure receiving surface of the base.

The support element of the printing plate is useful during printing and is practically essential for a practical press-type printing device, but during press-type thermal platemaking, this support element collides with the opposing surface during the press state. This prevents the pressure contact between the heat-sensitive stencil paper and the original sheet,
Its uniformity may be adversely affected.

The support element is hidden in a position on the back side where it does not interfere with the plate-making operation. As a result, the plate-making work can be performed satisfactorily with excellent adhesion without being hindered by the support element. On the other hand, during printing, the pad plate is turned upside down from its state during plate making and mounted on the base or press plate, so that the printing surface portion provided with the support elements is exposed to the outside. As a result, the printing original plate is supported by the supporting element, and press-type printing with good workability can be performed.

不良が回避される。 A cushion plate may be provided on each of the plate-making surface and the printing surface of the pad plate, and since the pad plate is used with its front and back reversed during plate-making and printing, the cushion plates on both sides of the pad plate are It is dedicated to plate making and printing. As a result, even if the cushion plate for printing may be stained with printing ink, the cushion plate for plate making will not be stained by the printing ink, and defects in plate making due to this stain can be avoided.

It is now possible to set the stiffness individually, and by optimizing the hardness of the cushion plate, both plate-making performance and printing performance can be improved. The hardness of a cushion plate suitable for printing is softer than that for plate making, and therefore the cushion plate of the printing surface may be softer than the cushion plate for plate making.

良い。 When performing plate-making, turn on the plate-making power switch 17, attach the pad plate 9 to the pressure plate 7 so that the plate-making cushion plate 11 is exposed to the outside, as shown in FIG. A printing original plate 20 is placed on the printing original plate 20 with its heat-sensitive stencil printing paper 22 side facing upward, and then a manuscript sheet is placed on the printing original plate 20 with the print image side facing down, and then pressed. Holding the handle 7b of the plate 7, the press plate 7 is rotated from the open position as shown in the drawing toward the press position, and the plate-making cushion plate 11 is pressed against the light transmitting plate 3. This pressing force reaches a predetermined value,
When this is detected by the pressing force detection device provided in the base 1, the light source device 4 emits light, and the heat-sensitive stencil printing base paper 22 is irradiated with light, whereby perforation plate making is performed in a heat-sensitive manner. It will be done. Incidentally, this pressing force detecting device may have a structure as proposed in Japanese Patent Application No. 103281/1981 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 247229/1982) filed by the same applicant as the present applicant.

and the pressing plate 7, the original support element 14
Since the pressure for plate making is performed by the cushion plate 11 which is not provided with any obstacles such as the plate supporting element 14, this pressing is performed satisfactorily without being hindered by any obstacles such as the original support element 14. Since the plate-making cushion plate 11 is made of a relatively hard elastic material, thermal plate making that requires a larger pressing force than during printing, especially thermal plate making with a solid image area, can be carried out well. Since the Amundsen woven fabric 12 is provided on the surface of the plate-making cushion plate 11, gases such as water vapor generated during plate-making can be efficiently discharged, and this also allows thermal plate-making to be performed satisfactorily.

As shown in FIG. 3, the pad plate 9 is attached to the press plate 7 again so that the printing cushion plate 13 is exposed to the outside, and printing ink is placed between the stencil printing base paper 22 and the ink cover sheet 23. Insert the printing original plate 20 filled with the original into the groove of the original support element 14 and attach the printing original plate to the pad plate 9. Also, the printing paper is placed on the light transmitting plate 3, and then the press plate 7 is By grasping the handle 7b, the press plate 7 is rotated from the open position shown in the drawing toward the press position, and the printing cushion plate 13 is pressed together with the printing original plate 20 toward the light transmitting plate 3. As a result, press-type stencil printing is performed.

合が少なくなる。 Since the printing cushion plate 13 is made of a relatively soft elastic material, stencil printing is performed without requiring a very large pressing force, and the stencil printing base paper 22 and the ink cover sheet 23 of the printing original plate 20 are separated. During this period, the loaded printing ink becomes difficult to spread, and as a result, the printing ink is effectively used for stencil printing, and a large number of sheets can be printed with one printing ink filling. ,
In addition, in the case of multicolor printing, the degree to which printing inks of different colors mix with each other in the original printing plate 20 is reduced.
