き込まれる索を案内するように、係船機2と同調
して往復動されるようになつている。尚係船索3
の先端を綱取船が引いている場合、又は先端が岸
壁のビツトに固定されている場合等、索に大きな
張力が掛つている場合には、ピンチローラ4、ロ
ープシフタ5を開放してもよい。11は係船機2
の軸に取付けられた回転計で、係船機の回転角
度、回転速度を検出する。また12は係船索3の
繰り出し長さ及び繰り出し速度を検出する索長計
で、例えば索に接触して回転するローラの回転
数、回転速度から索の繰り出し長さ及び速度を検
出するようになつている。そして回転計11及び
索長計12からの回転速度信号及び繰り出し速度
信号が判断回路13に送られ、回転速度及び繰り
出し速度を基準値と比較判断して、索の食込みを
