装置に関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] Industrial Application Field The present invention is designed to prevent small animals such as cockroaches, which engage in walking activities that are harmful to hygiene, into accommodation rooms such as kitchen furniture, wash basins, and other storage cabinets, as well as living rooms and bathrooms. This relates to an electric insect repellent device that prevents insects from entering living spaces.

The electric current from 0b flows into the body of the pest 13, thereby causing the pest 13 to receive an electric shock.

This can make it difficult for people to enter the storage chamber 14b. In other words, the pest 13 that walks in the direction of arrow A from the outer wall of the cabinet 14,

In some cases, they may escape in the direction (inward), and in such a case, they are allowed to enter the accommodation chamber 14b. This largely depends on where the electrodes 10a and 10b are arranged. That is, as shown in FIG.
If a and 10b are placed opposite to the door 16, even if the pest 13 tries to return in the direction of arrow B or B' after receiving the electric shock,
Due to the door 16 being in the way, the user cannot successfully escape to the outside and ends up in the direction of arrow C.

のである。 When the electrodes 10a and 10b are installed in a place where there is no door or the like in their relative vicinity, pests 13
It has been confirmed through experiments that after receiving an electric shock, most of them return to the direction in which they were walking (outward).
The electrode 10 is placed in the relative vicinity of b where there is a door 16, etc.
When the electrodes 10a and 10b are provided, there is a case where the above-mentioned inconvenience occurs, and this inconvenience occurs when the insulation interval W between the electrodes 10a and 10b is far from the outer peripheral surface level L of the door 16. The further it is set (toward the accommodation chamber 14b), the higher it becomes. In other words, as the setting position of the insulation interval W moves inward, the part of the pest 13's body that is located within the gap T increases, and it becomes more difficult for the insect to escape to the outside after receiving an electric shock. It is.

At least one pair of electrodes to which a voltage is applied are disposed facing each other with an insulating interval, and the insulating interval of the electrodes is lower than the center level of the width of the part where the opening/closing body faces the outer peripheral wall. It is configured to be located outside and close to the outer circumferential surface level of the opening/closing body, and this has the advantage of more reliably preventing pests from entering the housing chamber.

Reference numeral 3 denotes an opening formed in a part of the storage body 1, and in the case of a storage cabinet, it is an entrance for taking in and out of stored items, and in the case of a building wall, it is a window or an entrance for people. Reference numeral 4 denotes an opening/closing body such as a door for opening/closing the opening 3, and in this embodiment, it is rotatably mounted via a hinge 4a, but it is conceivable that it can be freely moved vertically or horizontally. . The opening/closing body 4 is sized to face the outer circumferential wall surface 1a around the opening 3, thereby covering the opening 3. Reference numerals 5a and 5b denote a pair of band-shaped electrodes made of a conductive material.
A, they are arranged substantially parallel to each other with a small (about 2 mm) insulating interval W between them, and appropriate means such as adhesives and tackers are used for the arrangement. Further, the insulation interval W portion of the electrodes 5a, 5b is located outward (on the outer surface side of the container 1) from the center level O of the width l of the portion where the opening/closing body 4 faces the outer peripheral wall portion 1a, and It is set to be located near the outer circumferential surface level L of the opening/closing body 4. That is, in the embodiment of FIG.
The insulation interval W portion is set at a position closer to the inside (toward the storage chamber 2 side) by about mm. 6 is electrode 5a, 5b
A commercial power supply or a dry battery is used as a power source for applying voltage to the electrode. In this embodiment, a dry battery is used, and its side is connected to one electrode 5a and the other side to the other electrode 5b via an electric wire 7. . If the voltage of the power supply 6 is about 6V or more, it is possible to give an electric shock to pests 8 such as cockroaches, and of course it can be higher than that, but if the voltage is too high, there is a risk of electric shock to the human body. In a certain place,
Since the electrodes 5a and 5b cannot be arranged, it is optimal to set the voltage to about 30V or less, since this will not cause electric shock to the human body and will give a stronger electric shock to the pests 8. However, the electrode 5a is placed in a place that does not affect the human body.
5b, the voltage may be 100V or more.
Further, when using a commercial power source to obtain a voltage of about 30V, the voltage is lowered using a transformer (not shown).

である。 In the above structure, when a pest 8, such as a cockroach, which has walked on the outer surface of the container 1 as shown by arrow A in FIG. Since the body such as the hind legs or antennae touches the electrodes 5a and 5b, a current flows inside the body of the cockroach 8, and this electric shock causes the cockroach 8 to follow the arrows B, B',
They will escape in either direction C. Arrow B
Alternatively, if the cockroach 8 escapes in the direction B' (outward), the cockroach 8 will not enter the containment chamber 2, but if it escapes in the direction of arrow C (inward), as mentioned in the problem section. This will allow the cockroaches 8 to enter the housing chamber 2. However, in this embodiment, the electrodes 5a, 5
The insulation interval W portion of b is located outside the center level O of the width l of the portion where the opening and closing body 4 faces the outer peripheral wall portion 1a (on the outer surface side of the accommodation chamber 1), and is located on the outer peripheral surface of the opening and closing body 4. Since the electrodes 5a and 5b are set to be located near the level L, the probability of the cockroaches 8 escaping in the direction of the arrow C (inward) can be reduced.

である。 That is, by setting the insulation interval W to the above position, the pest 8 receives an electric shock with its head portion within the gap T between the outer peripheral wall surface 1a and the opening/closing body 4, and in this state, Since the opening/closing body 4 is less of an obstruction, the pests 8 can easily escape in the direction of arrow B or B' (outward).

If the part is set outward from the L level, pests 8
Since the pest 8 receives the electric shock while most of its body is located outside the gap T, it is easier for the pest 8 to escape and a higher effect can be obtained.
