At least one pair of electrodes arranged opposite to each other with a small insulation interval, a notification device electrically connected in parallel with the electrodes, and energization of the notification device and the electrode arranged between the connection between the notification device and the power supply section. This configuration is equipped with a changeover switch that switches between the two, and has the effect of constantly exhibiting its insect repellent function.

であり、本実施例では扉である。 In the figure, reference numeral 12 denotes a storage cabinet having a storage chamber 13 for storing tableware, food, etc.A pair of electrodes 15 and 16 made of a conductive material in the form of a band are attached around the article loading/unloading opening 14 using an adhesive.
It is arranged by suitable means such as a tack car. The electrodes 15 and 16 are arranged substantially parallel to each other and facing each other with a small (approximately 2 mm) insulation interval 17 therebetween. Reference numeral 18 denotes a power supply unit that applies voltage between the electrodes 15 and 16, and in this embodiment, a dry battery is used.
If the voltage of the power supply section 18 is about 6 volts or more, it is possible to give an electric shock to pests such as cockroaches, but if the voltage is too high, there is a risk of electric shock to the human body, so it should be about 30 volts or less. It is preferable to do so. Reference numeral 19 denotes a notification device such as a neon lamp or a buzzer, which is electrically connected in parallel with the electrodes 15 and 16. Reference numeral 20 denotes a change-over switch for switching energization to the notification device 19 and the electrodes 15 and 16, and is arranged between the connection between the notification device 19 and the power source section 18. Reference numeral 21 denotes an opening/closing body for opening and closing the storage chamber 13, which is a door in this embodiment.

きるものである。 In the above configuration, when cleaning the electrodes 15 and 16, the changeover switch 20 is switched to the notification device 19 side. Then, since no voltage is applied between the electrodes 15 and 16, electrolytic corrosion will not occur in the electrodes 15 and 16 even if the electrodes 15 and 16 are wiped with a wet cloth or the like. At the same time, since the notification device 19 is activated, the user is notified that no voltage is being applied to the electrodes 15 and 16, and the changeover switch 20 is returned after cleaning.
There is no fear of forgetting to switch to the side where voltage is applied between electrodes 15 and 16, and voltage can be reliably applied between electrodes 15 and 16, so that a predetermined insect repellent function can always be exhibited.

Another method is to place electrodes in crevices of furniture so that cockroaches can easily come into contact with them. In this case, it is possible to obtain an effect (repellent effect) of making it difficult for cockroaches and the like to approach the vicinity of the installation part.
