本発明は、塩化ビニルプラスチゾル系耐チツピ
ング塗料に配合する充填成分の一部を中空状充填
材に置き換えたエアレススプレー塗装適性を有す

耐チツピング塗料の軽量化を目的として中空状に

て大きくなつてきた。しかしながらかかる対策
は、既車両重量の増加にはね返り、走行性能の低
下および車両重量軽量化による省エネルギー化に
逆行するという問題点があつた。

うる耐チツピング塗料を見出ださんと鋭意研究の
結果、従来上記のような塗布型防音・防振材の充
填材成分に例示されていた中空状の充填材のうち
耐圧強度120Kg/cm2以上を有するものを塩ビゾル
系の耐チツピング塗料中で使用する充填材成分の
うち1〜50重量%、好ましくは3〜30重量%を置
き換えることにより意外にも上記問題点をことご
とく解決する優れたエアレススプレー塗装適性を
有する車両用耐チツピング塗料となることを発見
した。

塩化ビニルプラスチゾルとは、塩化ビニル系の
樹脂を可塑剤中に分散せしめ、充填材、添加剤を
配合してなるものであり、塩化ビニル系の樹脂と
しては、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリ塩化ビニリデン等
のホモポリマー、塩化ビニル、酢酸ビニル、塩化
ビニリデン等よりなる共重合体の使用が好まし
い。

が発揮できなくなるためなるべく避けたほうが良
