充填材を使用した技術は本出願人が出願した特願
昭60―240474が提案されているに過ぎない。

逆行するという問題があつた。

填材成分に例示されていた中空状の充填材のうち
プラスチツク材のものを塩ビゾル系の耐チツピン
グ塗料中で使用する充填材成分のうち0.5〜5重
量%、好ましくは1〜3重量%を置き換えること
により意外にも上記問題点をことごとく解決し、
併せて粒径が小さく、超軽量であるため塗装ムラ
も全く発生することのない優れた耐チツピング塗
料となることを発見した。

のホモポリマー、塩化ビニル、酢酸ビニル、塩化
ビニリデン等よりなる共重合体の使用が好まし
い。

チツピング性能が低下する虞れがある。

本発明で使用する中空状の充填材は、耐チツピ
ング塗料をエアレススプレー等で塗布する場合に

る。しかしながら、塗布に際しては、エアレスス
プレーのみならずハケによつても差し支えなく、
そのような場合にあつては中空状充填材の強度は
殆ど考慮する必要はない。
