【発明の詳細な説明】[Detailed description of the invention]

(産業上の利用分野) 本発明は、微粒子亜鉛華で被覆されたマイカを
含有する化粧料に関する。本発明の化粧料は、耐
水性及び耐汗性に優れ、使用に当たつて化粧くず
れを起こさず化粧もちが極めて良好であつて、特
にパウダーフアンデーシヨン等のメーキヤツプ化
粧料として有用である。 (従来の技術) 一般に、メーキヤツプ化粧料は、化粧もちのよ
いことが重要で、化粧もちを改良すべく従来から
多くの研究がされている。最近では、例えば、粉
体を反応性シリコーンで処理し、この処理粉体を
配合したメーキヤツプ化粧料が提案されている
(特公昭56−43264号公報)。 しかし、この化粧料は、処理時に粉体上でシリ
コーンが充分に反応しないため、使用に当たつて
時間経過に伴い硬化等の物性変化を起こす傾向が
あり、従つて化粧もちが良好ではなかつた。 (発明の経緯と知見と目的) 本発明者は、このような事情にかんがみ、全く
新しい観点から研究を進めた結果、前記欠点を解
消した化粧もちのよい化粧料を開発することに成
功した。 すなわち、皮膚上に存在する皮脂中には約16重
量%(対皮脂)の遊離脂肪酸が混在し(下記第1
表参照)、この脂肪酸が化粧くずれと関係がある
が、驚くべきことに、遊離脂肪酸は微粒子亜鉛華
と接触すると、瞬時に反応して金属石けんを形成
してペースト、ゲル又は固体となり(下記第2表
参照)、このため微粒子亜鉛華を配合した化粧料
は化粧もちが向上することを見い出した。
(Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a cosmetic containing mica coated with fine zinc white particles. The cosmetic composition of the present invention has excellent water resistance and sweat resistance, does not cause makeup smearing during use, and has extremely good makeup retention, and is particularly useful as a makeup cosmetic composition such as a powder foundation. (Prior Art) Generally, it is important for makeup cosmetics to have good makeup retention, and many studies have been conducted to improve makeup retention. Recently, for example, makeup cosmetics in which powder is treated with reactive silicone and this treated powder is blended have been proposed (Japanese Patent Publication No. 43264/1983). However, since the silicone of this cosmetic does not react sufficiently on the powder during processing, it tends to change its physical properties such as hardening over time, and therefore the makeup does not last long. . (Background of the invention, knowledge, and purpose) In view of the above circumstances, the present inventor conducted research from a completely new perspective, and as a result, succeeded in developing a cosmetic with good makeup retention that solved the above-mentioned drawbacks. In other words, approximately 16% by weight (based on sebum) of free fatty acids are mixed in the sebum present on the skin (see 1 below).
Surprisingly, when free fatty acids come into contact with fine zinc white particles, they instantly react to form metallic soaps that turn into pastes, gels, or solids (see table below). (See Table 2), and therefore, it has been found that cosmetics containing fine zinc white particles have improved makeup durability.

【表】 この知見にもとづき、さらに研究を進めたとこ
ろ、マイカ(粉体)を微粒子亜鉛華で被覆し、こ
の被覆粉体を化粧料に配合すると、マイカ自体、
微粒子亜鉛華自体を配合した場合よりも化粧もち
が一層向上し使用性も良好であることが判明し、
本発明を完成させるに至つた。 本発明は、従来品の欠点を解消し、化粧もちが
特段に向上した化粧料を提供しようとするもので
ある。 (発明の構成と効果) 本発明は下記のとおりである。 (1) 比表面積15〜100m2/gの亜鉛華で被覆され
たマイカを含有する化粧料。 本発明の処理対象粉体は、マイカである。 本発明で使用する亜鉛華は、比表面積が15〜
100m2/gである微粒子のものである。15m2
g未満では、微細度が不足して使用時所期の良
好な化粧もちが得られず、また、100m2/g超
では、微細度が過大になつて製品が粉つぽくな
り、仕上がり具合が悪く、使用性が不良とな
る。亜鉛華は、市販品を使用することができ
る。 本発明の化粧料には、その目的に反さない限
り、他の成分を配合することができる。かかる
成分として、植物油、動物油、鉱物油、合成油
等の油分(例えば、オリーブ油、ラノリン、流
動パラフイン、スクワラン、シリコーン油、エ
ステル油)や、界面活性剤、香料、防腐剤、酸
化防止剤、着色料等の通常添加物を挙げること
ができる。 本発明の化粧料は、通常次のようにして製造
される。 マイカ(粉体)をブレンダー等の混合機に仕
込み均一になるまで混合する。そして、油分を
添加し均一になるまで混合した後、混合物をア
トマイザー等の粉砕機で粉砕し、次いで成型機
で成型して本発明の化粧料を得る。 ここで使用する粉砕機は、振動ボールミル、
ボールミル、ロツドミル、パンミル、擂潰器等
であるが、好ましくは振動ボールミル、ボール
ミルである。処理時間は、30分ないし120分で
充分である。 本発明の化粧料は、後記確証のように、3時
間の経時においても化粧くずれ、油うき、色ぐ
すみがなく、化粧もちに優れており、また、使
用性も優れている。 (実施例と比較例) 実施例 1 〔被覆) 5m2のマイカを30m2/gの亜鉛華5重量%と混
合して振動ボールミルで120分間処理して、処理
粉体として亜鉛革で被覆したマイカを得た。 〔化粧料の調製〕 前記で得たマイカ(粉体)をブレンダーに仕込
み均一撹拌した後に、油分を添加し均一に混合し
た。混合物をアトマイザーで粉砕して、本発明の
化粧料を得た。 比較例 1 微粒子亜鉛華(マイカ上に被覆したものでな
い)を使用して、下記に示す処方によるほかは、
実施例1と同様にしてパウダーフアンデーシヨン
を調製した。 微粒子亜鉛華 10重量部 マイカ 47.5 タルク 20 酸化鉄赤 1 同 黄 0.5 同 黒 0.5 酸化チタン 10.0 流動パラフイン 5 ラノリン 5 エチルパラベン 0.3 香 料 0.2 (合計) 100.0 前記実施例1及び比較例1で調製したパウダー
フアンデーシヨンについて、それぞれ専門パネル
12名により海浜にて化粧もち及び使用性を官能で
調べ、評価して、下表の結果を得た。 これによれば、実施例1の製品は、3時間後に
おいても化粧くずれ、油うき、色ぐすみがなく、
化粧もちに優れており、また、使用性も優れてお
り、これに対し、比較例の製品は化粧もち及び使
用性が劣ることがわかる。
