Description

【発明の詳細な説明】[Detailed description of the invention]

本発明は金属薄板からなる表面材と防火性を有
するシート状物からなる裏面材間に防火性を有す
るプラスチツクフオームを一体に介在させ、可燃
物の絶対量の低減、高温時のエアサイクルによる
熱伝導低下、断熱層の形成を図り、準不燃試験
(表面試験、ボツクス試験)、防火構造試験に合格
できると共に、軽量にして断熱性、生産性に富
み、しかもコストダウンできるサイデイングボー
ド(以下、単にボードという)に関するものであ
る。 従来から使用されているこの種ボードは金属薄
板を凹状に成形した表面材の左右側壁に雄、雌型
連結部を形成し、その裏面にポリウレタンフオー
ム、ポリイソシアヌレートフオーム、フエノール
フオーム等を充填し、その露出面をシート状物か
らなる裏面材で被覆した構造となつている。しか
しながら、この種ボードでは準不燃試験(JIS−
A−1321)における表面試験に合格するが、ボツ
クス試験、防火試験(JIS−A−1301木造下地2
級)には合格できない欠点があつた。それは、ボ
ツクス試験においてフラツシユオーバすること
と、防火試験において裏面温度が260℃以上にあ
ることであつた。特にボツクス試験では目地部か
らの可燃ガスの噴出、防火試験では目地部裏面の
温度上昇が最大の弱点となつていた。 本発明はこのような欠点を除去するため、ボー
ドの目地部を表面材同士が確実に接触すると共
に、目地部からのガス噴出を抑制し、かつ、プラ
スチツクフオームの絶対量の低下と目地部のエア
サイクル、変形の防止を図り、しかも、裏面材を
防火性を有する材質で構成すること、およびボー
ドに通気路の形成による断熱層の形成とエアサイ
クルによつて準不燃試験、防火試験に合格しうる
ボードを提案するものである。 以下に、図面を用いて本発明に係るボードの一
実施例について詳細に説明する。第1図は上記ボ
ードの一例を示す斜視図であり、は表面材で金
属薄板、例えば表面処理鋼板、ステンレス板、ガ
ルフアン、ガルバリウム鋼板、アルミニウム板、
銅板、塩ビ鋼板、フツソ処理鋼板、ホウロウ鋼
板、制振鋼板の1種からなり、15はプラスチツ
クフオーム(以下、単にフオームという)、16
は裏面材、8bは中空部、17は切り欠き部であ
る。さらに説明すると、表面材は第2図に示す
ように長尺状の化粧面2とその長手方向と平行な
両側縁を内方に屈曲した側壁3,4とから断面凹
状に形成した主体部と側壁3,4の下端に形成
した雄、雌型連結部とから構成したもので
あり、主に防火材、化粧材、補強材、型材、不燃
材、防水材、エアサイクル通路形成材、断熱層構
成材として機能するものである。すなわち、化粧
面2は平板、エンポス模様、チツプを貼着した表
面構造としたものである。また、雄型連結部
側壁3の下端を外側方へ延ばした差込縁7とその
先端を内方へ折り返し、そのまま側壁3よりも内
側まで延長した補強片8と、その先端をさらに内
方へL字状に屈曲して側壁3の裏面に接触せしめ
た仕切り片8aと側壁3、補強片8とから中空部
8bを形成し、第3図に示すようにボードAを連
結した際の目地部Bからの可燃ガス、分解ガスの
化粧面2側への噴出を防止すると共に、連結構
造、防火構造、エアサイクルの有効化、寸法変形
に対する補強、およびフオーム形成時の型材とし
ても機能するものである。特に中空部8bは補
強、フオームの低減、断熱層の形成、エアサイク
ル通路として機能するものである。さらに、雌型
連結部は側壁4の下端を内方へU字状に屈曲し
た差込溝10とその下縁11を外側方へ穿設した
延長部12とその先端を外方へ屈曲した舌片13
と延長部12の途中に側壁4と平行に形成した突
条14とから構成したものである。特に、差込溝
10、舌片13、突条14の寸法はボードA間の
連結、目地部Bの間隔、防火、防水の関係で設定
されるものである。なお、表面材の寸法は、例
えば化粧面2の幅をW1、差込縁7の幅をW2、補
強片8の幅をW3、補強片8の側壁3から内側へ
延びた幅をW4、側壁4から舌片13までの幅を
W5、差込溝10の幅をW6、差込溝10の最奥か
ら舌片13までの幅をW7、側壁3の高さをh1
側壁4の高さをh2、差込溝10の高さをh3、舌片
13、突条14の高さをh4,h5、仕切り片8aの
高さをh6、表面材の板厚をtとしたとき、W1

に長短のガラス繊維、シリコン、パーライト、雲
母、アスベスト、炭素繊維、硼砂等の1種以上を
添加したものであり、主体部の空間に充填した
芯部材15aおよび補強片、延長部12よりも下
方へ膨出した膨出部15bとから一体に構成した
ものである。なお、膨出部15bは便宜上、区分
したものであり、実質は一体物からなるものであ
る。また、フオーム15の厚さは最高部をH1
補強片8の表面から裏面までの厚さをH2、化粧
面2の裏面から下縁までの厚さをH3、延長部1
2の裏面から裏面までの厚さをH4、仕切り片8
aから化粧面2の裏面までの厚さをH5、側壁3
