DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention integrates a fire-retardant plastic foam between a metal surface material and a fire-retardant back material, and tests for quasi-incombustibility (surface test, box test) ), it relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) that can pass the fire protection structure test, is lightweight, has high heat insulation properties, and is highly productive. This type of board, which has been conventionally used, has a surface material made of a thin metal plate formed into a concave shape, with male and female joints formed on the left and right side walls, and the surface is filled with polyurethane foam, polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, etc. The structure is such that the exposed surface is covered with a backing material made of a sheet-like material. However, this type of board is subject to semi-flammability test (JIS-
Although it passed the surface test in A-1321), it had a drawback that it could not pass the box test and fire protection test (JIS-A-1301 wooden base grade 2). it is,
Flashover occurred in the box test, and the backside temperature exceeded 260°C in the fire protection test. In particular, the biggest weaknesses in the box tests were the ejection of flammable gas from the joints, and in the fire protection tests, the temperature rise on the back side of the joints. In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention forms the surface material of the board into a substantial box, and
By ensuring that the surface materials come into contact with each other at the joints, suppressing gas ejection from the joints, and composing the plastic foam and backing material with materials that have fire retardant properties, it has passed quasi-noncombustibility tests and fire prevention tests. The idea is to propose a board that passes the test, prevents pekotsuki, and is aesthetically improved. An embodiment of the board according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of the above-mentioned board, and 1 is a surface material such as a thin metal plate, such as a surface-treated steel plate, a stainless steel plate, etc.
Consists of one type of galvanized steel plate, galvalume steel plate, aluminum plate, copper plate, PVC steel plate, fluorine-treated steel plate, enamel steel plate, and damping steel plate, 15 is plastic foam (hereinafter simply referred to as foam), 1

As shown in FIG. 2, there is a long decorative surface 2 and side walls 3 whose both side edges parallel to the longitudinal direction are bent inward.
4, a main body portion 5 formed with a concave cross section, and a side wall 3,
It is composed of male and female type connecting parts 6 and 9 formed at the lower end of 4, and a decorative piece 2a, and mainly functions as a fireproofing material, a decorative material, a reinforcing material, a mold material, a noncombustible material, and a fireproofing material. It is. That is, the decorative surface 2 has a surface structure in which a flat plate, an embossed pattern, or a chip is attached, and the decorative piece 2a has both end surfaces in the longitudinal direction of the decorative surface 2 bent inward and has an appropriate height. Suppresses leakage of cracked gas from joint B,
In addition, the cosmetic surface 2 is prevented from becoming scratchy. In addition, the male connecting portion 6 has an insertion edge 7 extending outward from the lower end of the side wall 3 parallel to the decorative surface 2, and its tip is folded back inward again, extending as it is to the inside of the side wall 3, and its tip is folded back inward again. is formed from a reinforcing piece 8 provided with an outwardly bent reinforcing tongue piece 8a, and as shown in FIG. It also functions as a connecting structure, reinforcing the fire protection structure, and as a molding material when forming a foam. Furthermore, the female connecting part 9 includes an insertion groove 10 bent inwardly in a U-shape parallel to the decorative surface 2 at the lower end of the side wall 4, an extension part 12 with its lower edge 11 projecting outward again; It is composed of a tongue piece 13 whose tip is bent outward and a protrusion 14 formed in the middle of the extension part 12 parallel to the side wall 4. In particular, the insertion groove 10, the tongue piece 13,
The dimensions of the protrusions 14 are determined based on the connections between the boards A, the spacing between the joints B, and fire prevention and waterproofing. The dimensions of the surface material 1 are, for example, the width of the decorative surface 2 as W 1 , the width of the insertion edge 7 as W 2 , and the width of the reinforcing piece 8 as W 1
W 3 is the width extending inward from the side wall 3 of the reinforcing piece 8.
W 4 , the width from the side wall 4 to the tongue piece 13 is W 5 , the width of the insertion groove 10 is W 6 , the tongue piece 13 from the deepest part of the insertion groove 10
The width up to W 7 , the height of the side wall 3 is h 1 , the height of the side wall 4 is h 2 , the height of the insertion groove 10 is h 3 , the height of the tongue piece 13 , the reinforcing tongue piece 8 a , and the protrusion 14 When h 4 , h 5 , h 7 , and h 6 are the heights of the decorative piece 2a and the thickness of the surface material 1 is t, W 1 =180 to 450 mm, W 2 ≧W 6 , W 3 ≒W 2 + W 4 ,
W 5 = W 3 − W 6 , or W 5 ≒ W 7 − W 6 , W 7 ≒ W 2
+W 4 , h 1 ≒ h 2 , h 4 , h 5 = 1 to 3 mm, h 6 = 3 to 23
mm, h 3 =1 to 3 mm. The foam 15 has fire retardant properties, heat insulating properties, and adhesive properties, such as polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, silicone foam, modified polyurethane foam, and in addition to these, long and short glass fibers, silicone, pearlite, mica, asbestos, etc. Carbon fiber,
One or more types of borax etc. are added thereto, and the core part 15a filled in the space of the main body part 5, the reinforcing piece 8, and the bulging part 15 which bulges out below the extension part 12.
It is constructed integrally from b. Note that the bulging portion 15b is divided into sections for convenience, and is actually made of one piece. Also, form 15
The thickness is H 1 for the thickest part, H 2 for the thickness from the surface of the reinforcing piece 8 to the surface of the back material 16, H 3 for the thickness from the back surface of the decorative surface 2 to the lower edge, and H 3 for the thickness from the back surface of the decorative surface 2 to the lower edge. Assuming that the thickness from the back surface to the surface of the back material 16 is H 4 and the width from the side wall 3 to the side wall of the notch 17 is W 8 ,
H 1 = H 2 + H 3 , H 2 = H 2 + h 3 , H 2 ≧H 4 , W 4 ≒ W 8
= W3W2 . The backing material 16 covers the exposed surface of the foam 15 and mainly functions as a mold release material, a molding material, a fireproofing material, a waterproofing material, a heat shielding material, and an impermeable material for preventing gas leakage. Specific examples include asbestos paper, glass fiber sheets, vinyl chloride sheets, metal foils (Al, Fe, Cu),
Or two or more types, plus net-like material, waterproof treatment,
It consists of a sheet-like material that has been treated with fire protection. Next, an example will be explained. Surface material 1 is a 0.27mm color steel plate, W 1 = 360mm,
W 2 = 20mm, W 3 = 34mm, W 4 ≒ 14mm, W 5 = 20mm,
W 6 = 13mm, W 7 = 33mm, H 1 = 25mm, h 1 = 8mm, h 2
= 7 mm, h 3 , h 4 = 2 mm, h 5 = 5 mm, the height of the decorative piece 2a h 6 = 25 mm, the foam 15 is polyisocyanurate foam (density 50 kg /cm 3 ), manufactured by Nippon Polyurethane Co., Ltd. The backing material 16 is asbestos paper laminated with 20 micron aluminum foil.
Further, the width Δt of the joint B between the boards A is 7 mm. Further, as a comparative example, a board was used in which the same dimensions as in FIG. 2 were used for the surface material 1 except that the reinforcing piece 8 was omitted. Therefore, a surface test, a box test, and a fire protection test were conducted on both boards A, and the following results were obtained. [Table] [Table] What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board A according to the present invention, which can be formed as shown in FIGS. 4a-g and 5a-c. In addition, in FIG. 4, the surface material 1 is shown by a single line, and 18 indicates a caulking material. Furthermore, in FIG. 5, 19 is a sheet-like material. As described above, according to the board according to the present invention,
A decorative piece with both ends bent in the longitudinal direction, a reinforcing piece, and a reinforcing tongue piece are formed, which suppresses the ejection of flammable gas and temperature rise, and allows boards using the foam to pass quasi-incombustibility tests, box tests, and fire protection tests. There is. In addition, manufacturing is almost the same as before, the form is either a single item, or something close to it, and it has the characteristics of being able to be produced in large quantities. moreover,
Although the insulation, strength, and corrosion resistance are greatly improved compared to the previous model, there is no cost increase. In addition, since it has a decorative piece, it does not show any scratches on the decorative surface, is beautiful, has sufficient strength, and can be used without being affected by the form condition.
