発明が解決しようとする問題点
上記第7図及び第8図の従来技術は、自動工具

くなるのみならず体裁が不良であり、収納工具6
の増設が容易でなく、機械占有スペースも大きく
なり、工具マガジン3の収納工具6の防塵対策が

単純化が図れるが、工具マガジン3′全体を移動
させなければならないため、駆動機構が大型でか
つ複雑化し、しかも、工具6の交換は、主軸5の
ものを先ず工具マガジン3′の空所に戻した後、
次の工具を工具交換位置に割出作動させて主軸5
に装着しなければならないため、ワークの加工中
に次の工具を予め工具交換位置に取り出しておく
ことができず、工具交換に要する時間が長くな

る形式のものは、収納工具の増設が容易でないと

具交換位置〔後退端として設定されている〕の間
を前後方向に往復移動可能とされ、上記移動台1
6e内に設けたシリンダ等の割出駆動手段16h
によつて水平面内で軸16bを中心として180゜旋

プリング21によつてヒンジ22を中心として常
時開放方向の力が附与され、移動台16eの前端
一側〔防塵カバーのヒンジ側〕に設けられたばね
仕掛の係止ピン23で移動台16eの後退時に防
塵カバー20の内面のフツク20aを引掛けて閉
作動させ、この構成によつて工具交換時には開放
させ、工具交換時以外、特に加工中は、開口部1
2aを確実に閉塞して切粉や切削油等が自動工具
交換装置16及び工具マガジン15に飛散付着す
ることを防止させている。防塵カバー20の開閉
手段は上記実施例以外のものが種々採用可能であ
