When the lower end of the hollow pipe 1 reaches a position slightly above the surface of the underwater ground G, the lifting of the hollow pipe is stopped, and the covered drain pile is installed near the lower end of the hollow pipe 1 by appropriate means. The body 2 is cut to create a covered drain pile 3 of a predetermined length as indicated by h in the underwater ground G.

When this covering is fully extended, the next covering may be similarly shortened and installed connected to the previous covering, or alternatively, as shown in Figure 4, a pile may be installed. A covering with cuts 6 made at intervals of the pile length L (in the case of A) or arbitrarily equally spaced intervals of the pile length L (in the case of B) is wound around a drum, and as the covering is paid out, drain at the cuts 6. It may be filled with material.

Since work is carried out with the covered drain pile always existing within the pipe over its entire length, when the covered drain pile is cut near the lower end of the hollow pipe after construction at a certain point, the inside of the hollow pipe is Water will not flow back into the hollow pipe because it is blocked by the covered drain pile, and the hollow pipe can be immediately moved to the next location and the next construction work can be started. It is only necessary to form it into a continuous state and introduce it into a hollow tube, and in these respects, it is expected that work efficiency will be improved.
