Recently, transport vehicles have been used at golf courses to transport cargo such as golf bags and personnel such as players and team members, and the portions where these transport vehicles travel relatively frequently are designated travel routes. Conventionally, when constructing this driving path, asphalt, concrete, or the like is paved along the driving line. However, in this conventional method, the paved road is relatively wide, exceeding the vehicle width of the transport vehicle, resulting in a problem that the appearance of the lawn area becomes poor. On the other hand, in order to prevent this scenery from becoming as bad as possible, it would be better to set up the above-mentioned running path relatively far from the fairway, but if this was done, it would take time to change clubs and play. The problem arises that the progress of the game is delayed or that the play is hindered.

Therefore, as a method of creating a driving path that can solve the above-mentioned problems of deterioration of the scenery and delay in play progress, there is a method described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 59-27002, which is a method for creating a driving path. A trench slightly wider than the transport vehicle is excavated along the road, a roadbed is constructed on this roadbed, a concrete foundation is placed along the wheel trajectory on the roadbed, and a concrete rail unit is connected and fixed on the foundation with mortar. However, after that, the grooves around the rails were backfilled.

However, while the conventional method described in this publication can reduce problems such as deterioration of the landscape of the lawn, as mentioned above, it is necessary to excavate a trench with a width approximately equal to that of the transport vehicle during construction. There is a problem in that it is inevitable that the road and the lawn in a relatively wide area in the vicinity will be damaged, and that it requires a great deal of effort and expense when creating it.

This method is a method for creating a running road for lawn vehicles, in which the grass part corresponding to each track is peeled off, the grass roots corresponding to the sleeper lines are cut, and then the track material,
The method involves burying sleepers and inserting connectors with locking parts and slits into the connection holes of the track material and sleepers, but this method only removes the grass from the track area, so this method is not suitable. Stripping work must be carried out for each track, and it is also necessary to cut the grass roots before burying the track materials and sleepers, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. Furthermore, since the track material and the railroad ties are connected by connectors, there is a problem in that the connection strength is not sufficient and the reliability of the connection is poor.

A method for creating a running road for a lawn vehicle according to the present invention involves peeling off the lawn along a predetermined running line to a width approximately equal to the width of the running vehicle, and excavating and compacting the exposed roadbed portion. After laying sleepers and track materials on the roadbed in the excavated trench, the soil around them is backfilled and the lawn is restored to form a running road for vehicles. When laying the track material, the track material is placed over the sleeper timbers in correspondence with the wheels of the traveling vehicle, and then the threaded connectors are inserted and rotated into the connection holes formed in both members, and the sleeper timbers The two members are screwed together with a female screw inserted into the connecting hole to secure the two members together.

Further, in the method for constructing a running path for vehicles running on lawns, the present invention provides a method in which sleepers and track materials are connected in advance by screwed connectors to temporarily assemble a track block made of the above-mentioned two members, and the lawn is peeled off. After performing excavation and compaction, the temporarily assembled track blocks are placed side by side on the roadbed in the excavated trench, and then the adjacent temporarily assembled track blocks are stacked with one track material and the other pillow. It is designed to be connected to wood using the above-mentioned screwed connector.

In addition, the present invention provides the above-mentioned method for creating a running path for a lawn vehicle, in which in the track material laying work, several types of track materials with different lengths are used as the track material, and in the curved portion of the running line, the curvature of the track material is used as the track material. Short raceway materials are placed on the inside and long raceway materials are placed on the outside as appropriate.

In this invention, since the entire surface of the lawn is removed from the area that will become the running path for the vehicle, the grass removal work does not need to be done for each wheel track, but can be done at once. This eliminates the need to cut the grass roots before burying the grass, thereby improving the work efficiency of the grass stripping work and the work of burying track materials and sleeper timbers.

In addition, since the connection between the sleeper wood and the track material is performed by firmly tightening the sleeper wood and the track material by screwing together with the female thread of the screwed connector, the track material and the sleeper wood are firmly connected. It is possible to realize a connection structure in which sleepers and track members fixed to each other support each other.
As a result, the work of laying sleepers and track materials can be made as simple as placing them on the subgrade in an excavated trench, and the sleepers that serve as the foundation for the track materials can be made smaller, and the track bed can be used as a base for the track materials. This makes it possible to eliminate the need for support for timber, which reduces the depth of the excavated trench, and reduces the width of the excavated trench by making the sleepers more compact, thereby reducing trench excavation work and making construction work easier. It can be made even simpler, and furthermore, the cost can be reduced by simplifying the construction work.
Construction costs can be reduced by reducing material costs by making the sleepers smaller and more compact.

In addition, in this invention, the track block is temporarily assembled by tightening the sleeper timbers and the track material with screw connectors, and this temporarily assembled track block is placed and connected on the roadbed in the excavated groove. , by temporarily assembling sleeper timbers and track materials at the work site.
The work of laying sleeper timbers and track materials can be done in a short time, and when transporting and storing both of the above-mentioned members, they can be handled as individual members that are not bulky.
It does not burden the worker when carrying it around, and it does not require a large space for storage.

In addition, in the present invention, in the track material laying work, track materials of different lengths are used as the track materials, and in curved portions of the travel line, short track materials are placed on the inside as appropriate according to the curve, and longer ones are placed on the outside. Since the track materials are arranged, the curved portion of the travel line can be easily created with an appropriate radius of curvature by simply changing the type and arrangement of the track materials.

In this way, in the method of this embodiment, the entire surface of the lawn that will become the running path for the vehicle is removed, so the lawn removal work does not have to be carried out for each wheel track of the vehicle, but can be done at once. In addition, there is no need to cut the grass roots before burying the track materials and sleepers, and since the excavation depth of the track placement groove 17a is shallow, the amount of backfilling soil can be reduced. It can improve the workability of burying work.
In addition, since the track material and the sleeper wood are connected by a threaded connector and a female screw inserted into the connection hole of the sleeper wood, these members can be connected reliably with sufficient strength, and the connection work is relatively easy. It can be carried out.

That is, by firmly fixing the track material and the sleeper material in this way, it is possible to realize a connection structure in which the sleeper material and the track material support each other.
With this connection structure, the work of laying sleepers and track materials can be made as simple as arranging them on the roadbed in an excavated trench, and the sleepers that serve as the foundation for the track materials can be made smaller and It becomes possible to eliminate the need to support the track material by the floor part, which reduces the depth of the excavated groove, and reduces the width of the excavated groove by making the sleepers smaller, thereby reducing trench excavation work. The construction work can be made even easier, and the construction cost can be reduced by reducing costs by simplifying the construction work and by reducing material costs by making the sleepers smaller and more compact. can.

In other words, in the curved portion of the running line, by placing short track materials on the inside and long track materials on the outside, depending on the curvature, the creation of the curved portion of the travel line can be adjusted according to the type of track material. This can be easily done by simply changing the radius of curvature. Also, in this trajectory block 5,
Since the sleepers 7 are arranged not only on both ends of the track materials 28a, 28b, and 9 but also in the center, the wheel mounting portions 8a, 9a and reinforcing portions 8b, 9b of the track materials can be made thinner, and the sleeper materials can be made thinner. 7 itself is thin,
Significant weight reduction can be achieved. Further, in each of the raceway members 28a, 28b, 9, the protrusions 8c, 9c
The wheels are gradually higher from the center toward both sides, which prevents wheels from coming off on sideways slopes and curves of the running path 17, and increases the installation area of the wheels, improving braking performance. Moreover, since these track materials are provided with flow stops 8e and 9e at regular intervals, the soil on the track materials will not be washed away by rainwater.

In other words, until the track blocks are temporarily assembled at the work site, they can be handled separately as bulky track materials and sleepers, which can be a burden on workers when carried, and require a large storage space. Furthermore, when laying the track materials and sleepers, the construction work can be completed in a short time by assembling them in advance at the work site and keeping them in a temporarily assembled state.
