Recently, transport vehicles have been used at golf courses to transport luggage such as golf bags and personnel such as players and players, and the portions where these transport vehicles travel relatively frequently are designated travel routes. Conventionally, when constructing this driving path, asphalt, concrete, or the like is paved along the driving line. However, in this conventional method, the paved road is relatively wide, exceeding the vehicle width of the transport vehicle, resulting in a problem that the appearance of the lawn area becomes poor. On the other hand, in order to prevent this scenery from becoming as bad as possible, it is possible to set up the above-mentioned drive at a location relatively far from the fairway, but if this is done, it will take time to change the clubs used, making it difficult to play. Problems arise in that progress is delayed or play is hindered.

Therefore, as a method of creating a driving path that can solve the above-mentioned problems of deterioration of the scenery and delay in play progress, there is a method described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 59-27002, which is a method for creating a driving path. A trench slightly wider than the transport vehicle is excavated along the road, a roadbed is constructed on this roadbed, a concrete foundation is placed along the wheel trajectory on the roadbed, and a concrete rail unit is connected and fixed on the foundation with mortar. However, after that, the grooves around the rails were backfilled.

With the conventional method described in this publication, problems such as deterioration of the landscape of lawn areas can be reduced. However, as mentioned above, during construction, it is necessary to excavate a trench with approximately the same width as the transport vehicle, so this conventional method inevitably damages the running path and a relatively wide area of lawn in the vicinity during construction. Another problem is that it requires a great deal of effort and expense during construction.

The present invention provides a method for constructing a running path for a vehicle along a predetermined running line on a grass ground, in which a lawn on a track portion through which the wheels of the vehicle pass along the running line in a width approximately equal to the width of the wheel. The roots of the lawn are cut so that cuts in the grass in a direction perpendicular to the running line are made at predetermined intervals along the running line and straddle each track section, and then the roots of the lawn are cut at the cuts in the lawn. Then, a flat sleeper with a connecting hole in a predetermined part and a cutter-shaped lower end is driven and buried, and then a track material with connecting holes in both ends is inserted between adjacent ones to form a connecting hole. A connector is placed between the sleepers so that the positions coincide with each other, and a connector having a locking portion at its tip that is larger than the diameter of the connecting hole and having a slit in the center of the locking portion is press-inserted into both the connecting holes. The sleeper timbers and track materials are connected to each other, which minimizes damage to the lawn during construction, and also facilitates work such as forming excavation grooves along the running path and constructing the roadbed. This makes it possible to easily and securely connect sleepers and track materials, and to greatly reduce construction time and construction costs.

As described above, according to the method for creating a running path for a lawn vehicle according to the present invention, the grass on the track portion through which the wheels of the running vehicle pass is peeled off along the running line with a width approximately equal to the width of the wheel; The roots of the lawn are cut so that cuts in the lawn in a direction perpendicular to the running line enter at predetermined intervals along the running line and straddle each track section, and then cut the roots of the lawn at predetermined intervals along the running line. A flat sleeper with a connecting hole and a cutter-shaped lower end is driven and buried, and then track members with connecting holes at both ends are installed so that the positions of the connecting holes match between adjacent pieces. A connector having a locking part larger than the diameter of the connecting hole at the tip and a slit in the center of the locking part is press-inserted into both the connecting holes to connect the sleeper and the track. Since the materials are connected to each other, damage to the lawn during construction can be minimized, and there is no need to form excavation grooves or construct roadbeds along the running path.
The connection between the sleeper timber and the track material becomes easy and reliable.
This has the effect of greatly reducing construction time and construction cost.
