Recently, transport vehicles have been used at golf courses to transport luggage such as golf bags and personnel such as players and players, and the portions where these transport vehicles travel relatively frequently are designated travel routes. Conventionally, when constructing this driving path, asphalt, concrete, or the like is paved along the driving line. However, in this conventional method, the paved road is relatively wide, exceeding the vehicle width of the transport vehicle, resulting in a problem that the appearance of the lawn area becomes poor. On the other hand, in order to prevent this scenery from becoming as bad as possible, it is possible to install the above-mentioned running path relatively far away from the fairway, but if this is done, it will take time to change the clubs being used, and The problem arises that the progress of the game is delayed or that the play is hindered.

A trench slightly wider than the transport vehicle is excavated along the road, a roadbed is constructed on this roadbed, a concrete foundation is placed along the wheel trajectory on the roadbed, and a concrete rail unit is connected and fixed on the foundation with mortar. However, after that, the grooves around the rails were backfilled.

However, as mentioned above, during construction, it is necessary to excavate a trench with approximately the same width as the transport vehicle, so this conventional method inevitably damages the running path and a relatively wide area of grass in the vicinity during construction. Another problem is that it requires a great deal of effort and expense during construction.

The present invention is a method for constructing a running path for vehicles along a predetermined running line on a lawn ground, in which sleepers are buried at predetermined intervals along the running line so that cuts in the lawn in a direction perpendicular to the running line are formed. Moreover, this is done by cutting the roots of the lawn so as to straddle each track portion, and driving a flat sleeper whose lower end is shaped like a cutting edge into the cut in the lawn. As a result, the lawn only needs to be removed from the track section where the wheels of vehicles pass, minimizing damage to the lawn when constructing the running track, and also making it easier to form excavated grooves along the running track. This eliminates the need for roadbed construction and roadbed construction, making it possible to significantly reduce construction time and construction costs.

Drive the driving tool 4 into the soil until it touches the bottom of the plate (Fig. 1d, Fig. 2b), and then remove the soil between the strip-shaped rigid plates 2a and 3a of the positioning parts 2 and 3. After that, the driving machine 4 is removed (FIG. 1 f, FIG. 2 c). Then, the rear wheel and front wheel track traces 17a, 17b
Rear wheel and front wheel raceway grooves 18a and 18b are formed in the grooves, and a sleeper groove 19 is recessed in a direction perpendicular to the raceway grooves 17a and 17b, and the grass roots in this groove 19 portion are cut. becomes. Since it is driven into the soil, construction time and costs can be greatly reduced. Moreover, after construction, the only things exposed from the lawn are the protrusions 8c and 9c, which are hardly visible to the players and therefore hardly spoil the landscape of the lawn. In addition, since the connecting holes 7c are long in the track direction, when the track materials 8, 9 thermally expand during high temperatures such as in summer, this expansion can be absorbed by the holes 7c, and furthermore, the track materials 8, 9, etc. If the connector 10 is damaged, the track material in that part can be removed by pulling out the connector 10, making it easy to repair the part.

The lower surface of the wheel rest part 21a of
The lower inclined surface 21b of the track material 21 may be brought into contact with the upper surface of the track member 7a, thereby making it possible to easily create an inclined running path. Further, as described above, in this case, the upper surface of the end of the track material 21 is chamfered, so that the end can be prevented from protruding from the lawn.

Although the case has been described in which the sleepers and track members are connected in advance by driving and then connecting them, the present invention may also be such that the sleeper timbers and the track members are connected in advance with connectors, and then the connecting units are driven at the same time. As described above, according to the method for constructing a running path for a lawn vehicle according to the present invention, sleepers are buried at predetermined intervals along the running line, and sleepers are buried at predetermined intervals along the running line. This was done by cutting the grass roots of the lawn so that the sections straddle each other, and driving flat sleepers whose lower ends were shaped like cutting edges into the cuts in the lawn, so that the lawn could not be peeled off. This only needs to be done on the track section where the wheels of vehicles pass, minimizing damage to the lawn when constructing the running track, and eliminating the need to form excavated grooves or construct the roadbed along the running track. This has the effect of greatly reducing construction time and construction costs.

行路の造成方法。[Scope of Claims] 1. A method for creating a running path for a vehicle along a predetermined running line on a lawn surface, wherein the vehicle's wheels pass through the lawn of a track portion with a width approximately equal to the width of the wheels. Peel along the line, and cut the roots of the lawn so that cuts in the grass in a direction perpendicular to the running line straddle each track section at predetermined intervals along the running line, and the lower end has a cutting edge shape. A method for constructing a running path for a vehicle running on a lawn, comprising: driving and burying flat sleepers formed in the above-mentioned lawn into cuts in the lawn, and constructing track materials between the sleepers. 2. The cutting of the grass roots is carried out using a driving machine having a planar rectangular plate having a cutting blade at the lower end, which is held parallel at a predetermined interval. A method for creating a running road for vehicles on a lawn as described in Section 1.
