Prior Art Previously, in a patent application published in 1983-32670, the present inventor formed a resin film layer on a mirror-finished smooth plate, and when the resin film layer was in a semi-cured state, dried photographic paper was photographed. Cover this semi-cured resin film layer with the image side facing down, and place another resin film layer on top of it. While defoaming under vacuum, photographic paper is inserted between the resin film layers in a sandwich pattern, and the resin film layer is removed. After semi-curing or hardening, this resin film layer is placed on a smooth plate in a formwork of the desired shape, and a resin liquid containing stone powder particles is poured over it under reduced pressure. Furthermore, we proposed a method for manufacturing artificial stone ornaments with photographs by placing a press plate on the resin liquid and curing the resin liquid under pressure, and after curing, removing the smooth plate and formwork.

Effects According to the present invention, since the above-mentioned steps are combined, the printed photographic paper covering body whose front and back surfaces are coated with resin in a sandwich-like manner is applied to the top surface of the pre-formed artificial stone frame board. An artificial stone ornament with a photograph is integrally fixed to the artificial stone frame plate by the resin layer containing stone powder particles filled in the shallow recess. The stone powder-containing resin layer that is filled into the shallow depressions on the surface of the artificial stone frame board is in an inverted state when it hardens, so that the printed photographic paper covering and the stone powder-containing resin layer are hardened. The air bubbles present at the boundary migrate to the bottom of the shallow recess of the artificial stone frame board, and therefore,
The printing photographic paper is fixed to the artificial stone frame board while maintaining a smooth surface.

On the surface to which the resin for forming the second resin film has been applied in this way, dry-treated color photographic printing paper is placed with the image side facing up, cellophane paper is placed on top of it, and then rubber is applied. The lid body 14 is sealed. In this state, suction pressure is supplied to the suction pressure supply device 11, and the interior is depressurized to defoam the resin layer while applying a roller to the outer surface of the rubber lid 14 to print a color photograph on a glass plate. Press it onto the resin layer. During this time, the resin forming the second resin film layer enters between the surface of the photographic paper and the cellophane paper placed on it from the four circumferential side edges of the photographic paper, and comes to cover the entire surface of the photographic paper. As a result, a second resin film layer is formed on the surface of the photographic paper, and as a result, an integrated resin layer with a thickness of about 0.7 mm is formed in which the printed photographic paper is enclosed in a sandwich-like pattern.

On the other hand, prepare an artificial stone frame board with a shallow depression on the top surface. This artificial stone frame plate can be made by conventionally known artificial stone manufacturing techniques. For example, marble powder and calcium carbonate powder can be hardened with unsaturated polyester resin. Second
The figure shows a longitudinal section through an artificial stone frame board prepared in this way. In FIG. 2, a shallow rectangular recess 7 with a depth of about 2 to 3 mm is formed on the top surface of the artificial stone frame plate 6. It is preferable that the circumferential dimension of the recess 7 is slightly larger than the circumferential dimension of the photographic paper 3. The peripheral edge frame portion 8 surrounding the recess 7 has a flat top surface 8

According to the present invention, the recess 7 on the top surface of the artificial stone frame board 6
is filled with stone powder and resin. The stone powder used is substantially the same as that used for forming artificial stone 6, for example, a mixture of marble powder and calcium carbonate powder, which is mixed with 0.04% hardening accelerator and 0.1% hardening agent.
The recess 7 is filled with a composition mixed with an unsaturated polyester resin containing %. This resin composition containing stone powder particles differs from that for forming the main body of the artificial stone frame board 6 only in that it is a so-called resin-rich composition. FIG. 3 shows a state in which the recess 6 of the artificial stone frame plate is filled with a resin liquid containing stone powder particles. 9 is a resin layer containing stone powder particles. The state shown in FIG. 3 is left for about one minute until the stone powder-containing resin layer 9 becomes horizontal as shown in FIG.

Next, the printed photographic paper covering 5 placed on the glass plate 1 shown in FIG. The laminate consisting of the artificial stone 6, the printed photographic paper covering 5 and the glass plate 1 was turned upside down (Fig. 6) and heated at 60°C while applying pressure. It takes about 30 minutes to harden the resin layer 9 containing stone powder particles. This hardening treatment can be easily carried out by placing the material in an infrared oven. When the printed photographic paper coating 5 is applied to the resin layer 9 containing stone powder particles on the surface of the artificial stone, air bubbles may be formed between the layers, but the air bubbles rise during the heat treatment in the state shown in FIG. It is avoided that the bubbles reach the bottom of the stone depressions 7 (the bubbles are indicated by the reference numeral 10 in FIG. 6) and remain at the boundary between the printed photographic paper covering 5 and the stone powder-containing resin layer 9.

When the laminate is pressurized in the state shown in FIG. 6, a portion 9' of the uncured stone powder resin layer 9 protrudes outward from the periphery of the artificial stone frame board 6, as shown in FIG. . After removing the glass plate, this protruding portion 9' is removed together with the lower resin portion 4' of the peripheral edge of the printed photographic paper covering 5, so that a neat peripheral edge of the artificial stone frame plate is exposed. This state is shown in the enlarged view of FIG. As shown in the enlarged view of Fig. 8, in the finished product, the artificial stone frame plate 6
It has a structure in which a printed photographic paper covering 5 is integrated on the surface of the paper through a stone powder-containing resin layer 9,
A beautiful artificial stone ornament with a photograph is obtained in which printed photographic paper is fitted into an artificial stone frame substrate.

Effects As is clear from the above, according to the present invention, artificial stone having rectangular depressions on the surface is manufactured and prepared in advance, so high-temperature heat treatment is required when manufacturing the artificial stone frame board. It is possible to shorten manufacturing time and create uniform artificial stone frame plates. In addition, since the manufacture of the artificial stone frame board can be done in a separate factory, the inlaying of the photo involves the process of enclosing the sandwich-like shape between the resin film layers, and the process of crimping the stone powder-containing resin to the artificial stone. Since it only needs to be used, the generation of styrene gas can be reduced to less than 1/20. Furthermore, the mechanical equipment used for sandwiching the photograph between the front and back resin film layers under reduced pressure can also have a compact structure. Further, since the resin layer on the photographic surface is also pressure-bonded to the stone powder-containing resin layer after being completely cured, no distortion or distortion occurs on the surface. In addition, when the resin-coated photographic paper is pressed onto the stone powder-containing resin layer, the air bubbles that should be trapped between them are removed upward during the curing process, because the stone powder-containing resin layer is cured after the laminate is inverted. The surface of the finished product is maintained in an extremely smooth state by moving toward the bottom of the recess of the artificial stone frame board. Furthermore, by using stone powder particles with the same composition as the artificial stone, the adhesion with the artificial stone can be completely integrated.
