(Prior art) Conventional powdered antiparasitic and antifungal agents used to prevent insect damage, slight harm or bad odor by being sprayed under tatami mats or mixed with feathers are easy to scatter because they are normally powdered. The period was at most one month, and additional spraying was often required. For this reason, a plastic sponge containing innumerable open cells in which the medicinal component is stored has been developed, but this has a shelf life of at most 6
Since it is only about a month and is bulky, its use is limited, and it is unsuitable for use on objects such as rugs that can be pressed against each other and things that have a feeling of life such as feathers.

(Means for Solving the Problem) The present invention, which is intended to solve the above-mentioned problems, provides a myriad of independent bubbles formed by interposing an extremely thin partition between the myriad of continuous bubbles. The surface of the yarn is coated with an elastic material that encloses the medicinal component in each closed cell of the porous plastics having and that also adheres the medicinal component to the pore walls of the open cells to dissipate the medicinal component. The first aspect of the present invention is a short fiber that dissipates the medicinal component characterized by finely cutting the coated yarn, and the medicinal component is characterized in that the short fiber of the first invention is entangled with fluff. The porous plastic used in the present invention may be of any type, but an acrylic resin-based or urethane resin-based one is preferable in terms of weather resistance, processability and the like. Further, as the elastic material that dissipates the medicinal component used in both inventions, a porous plastic having a myriad of open cells and a myriad of closed cells formed by interposing extremely thin partition walls between the open cells. In which the medicinal component is enclosed in each closed cell and the medicinal component is adhered to the pore walls of the open cells as well, in this case, the extremely thin wall formed between the countless open cells and the countless closed cells. The partition walls are so constructed that they are repeatedly compressed by the impact applied repeatedly and are destroyed, so that the continuous bubbles and the independent bubbles are communicated with each other. The reason for this is that when sprayed under the floor or mixed with a futon or pillow, the medicinal components adhering to the pore walls of the open cells are diffused in the initial stage, and after that, the pressure applied by the human body such as walking or turning over. It has been confirmed that the efficacy is maintained for a long period of time by the release of the medicinal component contained in the closed air bubbles in which the partition walls are gradually destroyed by repetition, and the efficacy is experimentally effective for 5 years. Furthermore, as the medicinally effective ingredient, any one may be arbitrarily selected according to the application, but an anti-mitic agent, an anti-mildew agent and the like are common. Further, the means for producing an elastic material that diffuses the medicinal component is not particularly limited, but synthetic resin emulsion such as an emulsion of acrylic ester is used as a main raw material, and an inorganic material such as a zeolite-based continuous cell generator is added to this. Add an open-cell generator, neutralization stabilizer, closed-cell generator, expansion inhibitor such as colloidal silica, stir and ripen, and add an appropriate amount of the drug that will be the medicinal ingredient together with the adsorbent and lubricant that are used as necessary. It may be produced by mixing and heating and then cooling. Also, the elastic material that dissipates the medicinal component is obtained as described above, then heated and melted to coat the chemical fiber yarn and crosslinked at high temperature for coating. A thread may be cut into 1 to several mm.

Example 1 As an aqueous emulsion of an acrylic ester having self-crosslinking and excellent heat resistance, 100 parts (weight part, hereinafter the same) of Bonron K-106 (trade name, Mitsui Toatsu Chemical) was used as a main material to make it water resistant. Sumitec M, an excellent melamine resin
-3 (trade name, Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd.) 1, 5 parts, synthetic resin material with thickener and lubricant for synthetic resin added to Adeplus (trade name, Takeda Yakuhin) (Industrial) Add 4 parts and introduce oxygen by stirring while preventing gelation with an ultra-high speed mixer, 20 parts EXPANCEL WA-44 (Sweden Nobel) as a closed cell generator, as an adsorbing agent 5 parts of ceramic + colloidal silica mixture are added and aged, and further 4 parts of alumina-based ultrafine particles as a flameproof agent, antistatic agents 1 and 5 are added.
15 parts of the anti-helminthic insect repellent, 20 parts of dust mite and house dust mite anthraxide were added to the parts, and the components were evenly mixed and heated, and this was cooled to obtain an elastic material that diffuses the medicinal components. Next, the elastic material that disperses this medicinal component was heated and melted and put into the coating material tank of the thread coating device, and the filament made of acrylic fiber was fed so as to pass through the coating material tank from the yarn feed and was fused into the filament. The elastic material was coated to obtain a coated yarn coated with the elastic material that diffuses the medicinal component. Next, we cut this thread into 2 mm and sprayed the short fibers that release the medicinal properties directly under the tatami mat in the bedroom, which was damaged by the house dust mite. It was confirmed that it was extremely effective without any occurrence.

(Effect of the invention) As is clear from the above description, the invention according to claim 1 is less likely to be scattered than powder, and the medicinal component is gradually diffused, so that the medicinal effect is maintained for a long period of time. In addition, it does not become bulky when sprinkled under tatami mats, entangled with feathers, or mixed with synthetic cotton, and it does not cause discomfort and hinders the feeling, so the feature is that the application is significantly enhanced. In addition, the invention described in claim 1 has the same effect as that of the invention described in claim 1 above, and is not bulky and has no discomfort compared with ordinary feathers, and both are simple. Combined with the advantage that can be manufactured,
There are extremely large things that contribute to the development of the industry.
