Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a screen residue collected from a sewage treatment plant contains filth and has a high water content, and it is not possible to put it in a hopper or an incinerator in a collected state after treatment. Takes a lot of work. Therefore, it is necessary to wash the collected screen residue and dehydrate it until the water content falls below a predetermined level. Conventionally, the separation of the screen residue is carried out by a dust remover, the cleaning is carried out by a washing machine, the dehydration is carried out by a dehydrator, and the screen residue after the dehydration is carried by a carry-out machine to a hopper or an incinerator. In the method of dehydrating the screen residue with a dehydrator and then transporting it to a predetermined position with a transporter, the equipment installation space becomes large and it is difficult to seal the other equipment for maintenance and inspection. Is open type. For this reason, the work environment is deteriorated due to the scattering of foul odors. In addition, a method of supplying screen residue in a closed duct, pressurizing and dehydrating it, and then sending it under pressure is Japanese Patent Publication No. Sho 46.

The method of carrying it as it is is excellent. In this device, the screen waste is removed by the reciprocating motion of the cylindrical screen and the plunger that is inserted into the dirty screen by pumping up the dirty water,
It is washed and dehydrated, then pushed into a tubular duct and transported. However, if the amount of inflow water supplied from this hopper to the cylindrical screen section located at the bottom of the hopper is small, there is no cleaning action by the hydraulic force, and only the dewatering action by the plunger is possible, and the cleaning action becomes insufficient. There is.

すようになしたことを要旨とする。The present invention has been made to achieve the above object, and a cylindrical screen is provided at the discharge port of a hopper capable of temporarily storing sewage. Dust removal by separating the screen residue from the dirty water that has flowed into the hopper with a plunger provided at the base end side of the hopper, and washing and dewatering it to convey it through the conveyance duct provided at the tip side of the cylindrical screen. In the dehydrator,
When the hopper discharges and the cylindrical screen is closed by the protrusion of the plunger and the water level in the hopper reaches the set water level, the plunger is retracted and the waste water temporarily stored in the hopper flows into the cylindrical screen all at once. After the screen residue is washed with this inflowing pressured water, the plunger is moved forward to pressurize and dehydrate and convey it, and this is repeated sequentially.

Then, the plunger is reciprocated in the cylindrical screen below the hopper to dehydrate the screen residue flowing from the hopper into the transport duct under the back pressure. When the opening of the lower part of the hopper is closed in the projecting state of the plunger and the plunger projecting time is lengthened, the amount of inflow water supplied into the hopper increases. When the water flows up to a predetermined water level, the plunger is retracted so that the screen residue flows into the cylindrical screen all at once together with the inflow water temporarily stored in the hopper. At this time,
Since the predetermined water level in the hopper has been reached, the inflow pressure becomes high and the inflow water becomes pressure water, whereby the screen residue flowing into the cylindrical screen and the cylindrical screen are cleaned. As a result, the inside of the screen residue can be washed with a small amount of water without using a large amount of pressurized water for the collected screen residue, and the cleaning effect is improved.

In this case, the screen residue scraped up by the dust remover is made to flow down the running water trough and supplied into the hopper 1 together with the falling water, but this is another method, for example, the screen residue scraped up and the cleaning water. It is also possible to separately supply and into the hopper 1.

Through the outlet 2 into the cylindrical screen 4. In this pressure dehydrator 3, a plunger 5 is arranged at the base end side of the cylindrical screen 4 and a cylindrical transport duct 6 is arranged at the other end, and the plunger 5 extends in the longitudinal direction in the cylindrical screen. The plunger diameter and the cylindrical screen diameter are determined so that when the plunger is projected, the discharge port 2 connected to the upper surface of the cylindrical screen can be closed when the plunger protrudes.

Sewage from a sewage treatment plant or the like is put into the hopper 1. In this case, the plunger 5 is in the protruding state and the discharge port 2 is closed. Then, when the water level in the hopper 1 reaches the set water level due to the sewage that is sequentially charged, the water level meter 8 detects it and the plunger 5 is retracted. As a result, the discharge port 2 in the lower part of the hopper is opened, and the screen residue in the hopper flows into the cylindrical screen all at once with water. The inflow pressure at this time applies pressure to the water to form pressure washing water, and the screen residue and the inside thereof are washed. Then, after a certain period of time, when the operating water level is lowered, the plunger 5 is moved forward by the driving of the cylinder 51 and captured in the cylindrical screen,
The washed screen residue is pressurized and dehydrated. Plunger 5 keeps the protruding state, that is, the state in which discharge port 2 is closed until the water level in the hopper rises and reaches the set water level for a predetermined period of time, whereby the wastewater flowing into the hopper is set to the set water level. It is temporarily stored until it reaches.

By thus directing the flow direction of the pressure washing water toward the screen residue (duct side), the washing effect can be further improved.

In addition, since it can be transported in the transport duct, dust removal and dehydration can be efficiently performed. In addition, human dung, sludge, etc. contained in the screen residue can be washed away during the process of collecting and dehydrating, and the water level is set by the time setting of the water level meter or timer after closing the cylindrical screen by the protrusion of the plunger. Since the plunger is retracted after the temperature rises up to the point where the water accumulated in the hopper is discharged all at once, it has the advantage of increasing the cleaning effect of the screen residue.
