2. Description of the Related Art Recently, wall materials and ceiling materials used for wall surfaces of buildings have become more and more diversified. Among them, on the surface of metal plate materials such as stainless steel, copper, brass and aluminum. Attention has been paid to building board materials with an uneven pattern. Pressing is generally used as a method for providing an uneven pattern on the surface of a metal plate material. In this method, a metal plate material as a material is placed on a metal mold plate having an arbitrary uneven pattern on the surface and having high hardness, and the metal plate material is deformed by pressing it with a rubber plate.

However, the above-mentioned conventional method has the following problems. That is, since the pressing method uses a template, it is suitable for mass-producing the same pattern. However, the cost of producing the template is high and the pattern can not be changed easily, so it is not suitable for small-lot order production. Also, the press method requires a press machine, which requires a large amount of equipment. MEANS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM The present inventor focuses on the fact that when masking is applied to a metal plate material and then both surfaces of the metal plate material are subjected to blasting, other portions except the masked portion rise to the masking side. It has been completed.

Means of the present invention taken to solve the above problems are as follows. According to a first aspect of the present invention, a ground pattern portion obtained by masking a surface of a metal plate material in an arbitrary pattern, blasting both sides of the metal plate material, and then removing the masking; And a convex pattern portion formed on a portion excluding the ground pattern portion; and a convex-concave surface having a concave-convex surface. According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a building board material having an uneven surface, comprising: a masking step of masking a surface of the metal plate material with an arbitrary pattern; and a blasting step of blasting both surfaces of the metal plate material. It is a manufacturing method. The material of the metal plate material is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include stainless steel, copper, brass and aluminum. The material of the mask material used for masking is, for example, a synthetic resin film-like material, or a highly viscous synthetic resin liquid or the like, which can be fixed on the surface of a metal plate material such as stainless steel after being attached and easily peeled off. Although the thing of a nature is suitable, it does not specifically limit. As a method for attaching the mask material to the surface, for example, in the case of a synthetic resin liquid, a writing instrument such as a brush, a plate press, a jet such as a water gun, a spray using compressed air, etc. are available. You can take any method. Since these methods are less expensive to mask, they are suitable for single or small quantity orders. Further, the blasting is usually performed on both sides of the metal plate material at the same time, but it is not limited thereto, and both sides can be performed alternately. The masking pattern is interpreted in a broad sense, and is a concept including characters, figures, symbols, etc. in addition to any original pattern.

The present invention will be described in more detail based on the embodiments shown in the drawings. 1 is a front view of a building board, and FIG. 2 is FIG.
It is an AA principal part end view. Reference numeral 1 is a stainless steel plate material for construction, which is used for a ceiling surface or a wall surface of a building. On the surface 15 of the building board material 1, a ground pattern portion 10 having gloss is drawn in a folded curved shape. In addition, the portion of the surface 15 other than the ground pattern portion 10 is the surface 15
A convex pattern portion 11 having a matte finish on the surface is formed on the side (left side in FIG. 2). FIG. 3 is an end view of an essential part showing a state where the surface of the metal plate material is masked, and FIG. 4 is an explanatory view of the blast process. A method of manufacturing the building board 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. A stainless steel plate material whose surface has been processed to give it luster.
The mask material 12 is attached to the surface 15 of a and a curved pattern as shown by the ground pattern portion 10 in FIG. 1 is drawn. The stainless steel plate material 1a has a thickness of 0.4 mm (in the case of a stainless steel plate, it can be machined between about 0.3 and 0.8 mm). In the present embodiment, the mask material 12 is made of Melcoat (trade name: Wako Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.). When the mask material 12 is cured to some extent, fine glass beads (for example, a particle size of about 100 to 300 microns) are squeezed from the blast nozzle (not shown) toward both the front surface 15 and the back surface 16 of the stainless steel plate material 1a at the same time. Blasting is performed by spraying with a blower air pressure of 0.25 kg / cm 2 ). Incidentally, by adjusting the particle size of the glass beads and the air pressure of the compressed air and the blasting time, stainless steel, copper, which is used as a metal plate material,
It can be used with various combinations of materials and thicknesses such as brass and aluminum. A portion of the stainless steel plate material 1a to which the mask material 12 is attached (after the mask material 12 is peeled off, the ground pattern portion 10 is formed)
The other parts except for are the surface 15 of the stainless steel plate 1a.
The convex pattern portion 11 is formed by bulging to the side. It is considered that the convex pattern portion 11 rises on the surface 15 side for the following reason. That is, innumerable fine crater-like holes are formed by blasting on the front surface 15 and the back surface 16 of the stainless steel plate material 1a, and it seems that the surface is matt. It is considered that, due to the formation of these numerous holes, the matte surface is subjected to a stress of expanding the surface. The stress is canceled out in the portion where both the front surface 15 and the back surface 16 of the stainless steel plate material 1a are blasted. However, since the portion of the front surface 15 to which the mask material 12 adheres is not blasted, the stress in the spreading direction acts only on the portion of the mask back surface 13 to be blasted. As a result, the other part of the surface 15 except the part to which the mask material 12 is attached is pushed by the spreading stress of the mask back surface 13 and rises to the surface 15 side. Finally, when the mask material 12 is peeled off, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the ground pattern portion 10 having a glossy curved surface and the surface 15 side of the other portion excluding the ground pattern portion 10 The building board material 1 having an uneven surface is formed, which is provided with the convex pattern portion 11 that is raised.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention manufactures a building board having an uneven surface including a masking step of masking the surface of the metal board with an arbitrary pattern and a blasting step of blasting both sides of the metal board. This is a method, and according to this method, a template or the like is unnecessary, so that a building board material having an uneven pattern on its surface can be provided at low cost. In addition, a large-scale and expensive press machine is not required, and the equipment can be made inexpensive. Furthermore, it is easy to change the pattern, and it is possible to express uniqueness like no other. It is suitable for receiving small lots with different patterns.
