Claims (9)
- 송신 디바이스를 통해 데이터 패킷으로 이루어진 데이터 스트림을 전송하는 방법으로서, 상기 데이터 패킷 중 적어도 일부는 상기 송신 디바이스와 적어도 하나의 수신기의 클록을 동기화하기 위한 제 1 정확도의 제 1 시간 참조를 포함하는, 데이터 스트림을 전송하는 방법에 있어서,적어도 다음 단계, 즉-RTP 패킷을 운반하는 MPEG 패킷 중 하나에 상기 데이터 패킷 중 적어도 하나를 캡슐화하는 단계,-RTP 패킷을 구성하도록 FIFO 버퍼에 데이터 패킷을 저장하는 단계로서, RTP 패킷이 준비가 될 때, 패킷이 보내진 시간에 대응하는 RTP 시간 참조를 갖추어 보내지는, 데이터 패킷을 저장하는 단계,-운반 프로토콜 패킷의 송신시, 상기 MPEG 패킷의 상기 적어도 하나의 모든 데이터 패킷에 대한 제 2 시간 참조를 운반 프로토콜 패킷에 더하는 단계로서, 상기 제 2 시간 참조는 상기 MPEG 패킷의 송신 시간에 대응하고, 상기 제 2 시간 참조는 제 2 정확도를 갖는, 제 2 시간 참조를 더하는 단계와,- 상기 제 1 시간 참조를 보정하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 제 1 시간 참조를 보정하는 단계는 상기 제 1 시간 참조와 동일한 정확도를 갖는 제 1 클럭과 상기 제 2 시간 참조에 의해 사용된 제 2 정확도의 제 2 클럭 사이의 정확도에서의 차이를 고려하고, 상기 제 2 클럭은 상기 제 1 클럭으로부터 유도되고, 제 2 정확도는 제 1 및 제 2 클럭의 주파수들 사이의 차이로부터 유도되는, 데이터 스트림을 전송하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,- 데이터 패킷의 운반을 위해 패킷의 세트들을 구성하도록, 버퍼에 제 1 데이터 패킷을 일시적으로 저장하는 단계,- 상기 버퍼에 상기 제 1 데이터 패킷의 도착과 상기 제 1 데이터 패킷을 포함하는 운반 프로토콜 패킷의 송신 사이의 시간을 상기 제 1 시간 참조에 더함으로써 제 1 시간 참조를 보정하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 데이터 스트림을 전송하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,- 상기 제 1 시간 참조를 보정하는 단계는 상기 제 2 시간 참조와 상기 제 1 클럭의 정확도를 갖는 상기 제 2 시간 참조의 값 사이의 차이를 상기 제 1 시간 참조에 더하는 단계를 포함하는, 데이터 스트림을 전송하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,- 제 1 클록과 제 2 클록 사이의 차이가 0이 될 때까지, 상기 운반 프로토콜 패킷의 송신은 차단되는, 데이터 스트림을 전송하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 운반 프로토콜은 RTP(Real-time Transport Protocol)인, 데이터 스트림을 전송하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 데이터 패킷은 이미지 데이터를 포함하는, 데이터 스트림을 전송하는 방법.
- 제 1 데이터 패킷의 그룹으로 이루어지는 데이터 스트림을 보내는 송신 디바이스로서, 제 1 데이터 패킷 중 적어도 일부는 상기 송신 디바이스와 적어도 하나의 수신기의 클록을 동기화하기 위한 제 1 시간 참조를 포함하는, 데이터 스트림을 보내는 송신 디바이스에 있어서,적어도 다음 수단들, 즉-RTP 패킷을 운반하는 MPEG 패킷에 상기 데이터 패킷 중 적어도 하나를 캡슐화하는 수단,-RTP 패킷을 구성하도록 FIFO 버퍼에 데이터 패킷을 저장하는 수단으로서, RTP 패킷이 준비가 될 때, 패킷이 보내진 시간에 대응하는 RTP 시간 참조를 갖추어 보내지는, 데이터 패킷을 저장하는 수단,-운반 프로토콜 패킷의 송신시, 상기 MPEG 패킷의 상기 적어도 하나의 모든 데이터 패킷에 대한 제 2 시간 참조를 운반 프로토콜 패킷에 더하는 수단으로서, 상기 제 2 시간 참조는 상기 MPEG 패킷의 송신 시간에 대응하고, 상기 제 2 시간 참조는 제 2 정확도를 갖는, 제 2 시간 참조를 더하는 수단과,- 상기 제 1 시간 참조를 보정하는 수단을 포함하고,상기 제 1 시간 참조를 보정하는 수단은 상기 제 1 시간 참조와 동일한 정확도를 갖는 제 1 클럭과 상기 제 2 시간 참조에 의해 사용된 제 2 정확도의 제 2 클럭 사이의 정확도에서의 차이를 고려하고, 상기 제 2 클럭은 상기 제 1 클럭으로부터 유도되고, 제 2 정확도는 제 1 및 제 2 클럭의 주파수들 사이의 차이로부터 유도되는, 데이터 스트림을 보내는 송신 디바이스.
