With Vinsi.AI we are implementing natural sounding voice and conversation to take orders from incoming calls. Customer can place orders with us via AI employee. This allows a human employees the ability to focus on in person customers and the restaurant. Genereal information questions are answered as well, things like hours and location.

Orders are taken and entered without interactions with human employees. In rare applications where there are requests outside of the scope, a human employee can take the call and complete it.

Vinsi.AI was responsive and attentive. Our needs and requests were heard and applied. Was able to work with the team to make sure what was being reguest, what was needed, was understood.

We use Vinsi to handle come call volume for our clients that were looking for a lower cost solution than our human workforce. The scope of work depends on our client specific tasks. Most revolve around customer service and professional service appointments.

Our clients have been happy with the level of service that Vinsi agents have provided. Some of those include:

This is an ongoing relationship so there aren't specific delivarables as there would be in a project. I can say I am happy with how quickly they have set up the agents. After that the AI has done much of the work.

It's impressive how easily VinsiAI got everything set up. I expected it to be a much more grueling process.

So far I have been happy. As the team grows there may be a need for a dashboard to easily update information transfer.
