When we first launched, we had issues with the form connectivity from our site to our CMS & MA systems. We still collected the information but it was within the web system vs. our MA system. They were able to fix the issues but it did take all of us working together. Glide had set up a full-proof form so we didn't lose the data but it would have been bad had they not been proactive.
