They’ve definitely overperformed. Whenever I had a problem, they came back with the plan and the best way to achieve my goals. Throughout the process, they chatted with me so I could provide feedback and approve everything. We also had weekly check-ins and they delivered reports to upper management. We communicate through email, Trello, Google Sheets, and Google Suite. They’re very organized and I can rely on them to support us in that regard.
