Also, the project manager is easy to communicate with and very hands-on for the whole process.

I have two people that I'm in direct contact with that can help me with all of my accounting needs whereas in prior firms, I would have "access" to a general team. But since everyone was "responsible" for my account, it seems as though no one was responsible. They are incredibly on top of things and always available for anything and everything!
