5.0 May 15, 2020We have been very impressed with Salvo and the way in which they have helped our organization. Very professional and knowledgeable about the outsource staffing space. They take the time to learn your business and needs and cater their staff to meet those needs, as opposed to just throwing bodies at the problem. Sure initially we had a few more calls transferring internally to our on-site CSR leads, but as the Salvo staff became more experienced (over a very short time), those calls dropped off substantially.

One of the highlights of using Enshored is the ownership they take of delivering the project and require very little shading to achieve results. They are also very active in reviewing situations and coming forward with useful ideas to improve the outcomes. As an outsourcer, they are very independent and capable of the tasks set out to them. Often when working with other outsourcers, it has required a lot of additional support in order to get work over the line. Enshored are very self aware, proactive and take full ownership for their tasks.

We treated them as an extension of the team; while chat was handled by our employees, XACT handled the phone. Both teams met quite frequently. It’s challenging because there’s a time interval between when we prepare the trainers and when they train the agents. They’ve been good at making it as seamless as possible, allowing us to come in and train agents directly. Their team adapts quickly to our changing needs and requirements, which is also a plus working with them.

5.0 Aug 15, 2025The team has been great. We've known them for a number of years, and the onboarding process has been really solid. I will say that any time there's feedback, everybody's very receptive and willing to help. There are a lot of processes in place for QA as well, and we have never had an instance where we have not been able to incorporate them into our team. And that has been really important because we're an extension of our clients' practices, and they're an extension of us and our team. And so the onboarding practices were very smooth due to commitment on both sides. The team delivers work on time and within budget. They communicate well and are eager to please clients. The partnership is great; they have been a key part of our growth. We collaborate through Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. Keep the lines of communication open. Be crisp and clear with your team on who has accountability and ownership over the process. So, for example, if outsourcing the customer service function, be very clear who owns that internally and make sure your teams understand that it’s a partnership. It's now their responsibility; they are an extension of you. If there’s an area of concern, bring it up in a transparent and collaborative way. Being transparent, direct, and clear, and doing so collaboratively, has been wonderful for the working relationship on both sides.
