(2) If the Japan Federation of Bar Associations receives an objection as set forth in the preceding paragraph, it shall, based on the resolution of its Qualifications Screening Board, either refer the request for rescission of registration back to the bar association if it finds that there are grounds for such objection, or reject the objection if its finds it to be groundless. 例文帳に追加
