語源
Borrowed from Spanish asado (“grilled”), from Latin assātus (“roasted”), past participle of Latin assō (“to roast, broil”), from assus (“roasted”) + -ō, ultimately from Proto-Indo-European *h₂eHs-. Partially borrowed from Tagalog asado from the same origin.

- Any of various dishes made from grilled or barbecued meat originating in Latin American and Philippine cuisine.
