本発明はパチンコ機等の遊技盤に打込まれた釘対の間隔を調整する装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ機メーカでは、ルータ加工により遊技盤に入賞口やアウト口等を穴あけし、釘打機により遊技盤に多数の遊技釘や障害釘と呼ばれる釘を打込み、その遊技盤にガイドレール、役物、入賞口、ランプ、飾り等の各種の機能部品を取付けた後、機能部品が正常に動作するか及び釘の中を遊技球が引っ掛らずに通過するか等の検査を行うことにより、遊技盤を製造している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
遊技盤の入賞口への入賞を案内する命釘、天釘、袴、袖等と呼ばれる釘対の釘間隔は、パチンコ店の営業上重要な要素であり、その日の営業目的に合せて微妙に調整される。このため、パチンコ機メーカでは釘打機に格納される釘打データ中の釘対の釘間隔を1個の遊技球の直径よりも極僅かに大きい寸法に設定してある。しかし、釘打機は、XYテーブルに遊技盤を位置決め搭載し、釘打機に格納された釘打データの打込位置と順序とに従いXYテーブルを平面内で縦横に駆動し、遊技盤の所定位置を釘打機の釘ホルダ機構の真下に移動停止し、釘打機の釘供給部より釘ホルダ機構に供給された釘を釘打機のハンマ機構で遊技盤に打込む構造になっている。そのため、釘打機の各駆動部分における微妙な移動誤差や遊技盤の硬さ等により、釘対の釘間隔が1個の遊技球と略同一寸法又はそれより極僅かな小寸法に打込まれてしまうことがある。そして、検査工程において、釘間隔が1個の遊技球と略同一寸法又はそれより極僅かな小寸法に打込まれた釘対に遊技球を流した場合、遊技球が通る場合と遊技球が引っ掛かる場合とがある。引っ掛かた場合は検査工程で釘間隔を手で広げて調整している。けれども、遊技盤がパチンコ店に収められてから新装又は新規開店までに実施される公安委員会による立入検査において、釘対に遊技球が引っ掛かることがある。この場合には、係る釘間隔をその場で遊技球が引っ掛からないように調整しなければ、新装又は新規開店の営業許可が下りない。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1に係る遊技盤の釘間隔調整装置は、遊技盤の所定位置に1個の遊技球の直径よりも狭い間隔に定められて打込まれた釘対の存在する遊技盤を搭載するテーブルと、テーブルに搭載された上記遊技盤の所定位置における釘対の釘間隔を1個の遊技球の直径よりも広げる拡幅部と、拡幅部をテーブルに搭載された上記遊技盤の所定位置における釘対に対して昇降する駆動機構とを備えたことを特徴とする。請求項2に係る遊技盤の釘間隔調整装置は、遊技盤の所定位置に1個の遊技球の直径よりも狭い間隔に定められて打込まれた釘対の存在する遊技盤を搭載するテーブルと、テーブルに搭載された上記遊技盤の所定位置における釘対の釘間隔を1個の遊技球の直径よりも広げる拡幅部と、拡幅部をテーブルに搭載された上記遊技盤の所定位置における釘対に対して昇降する駆動機構と、テーブルに搭載された上記遊技盤の所定位置における釘対の釘間隔を検出する測定手段と、この測定手段より入力された検出釘間隔と予め定めた基準釘間隔との差により演算した調整値によりテーブルに搭載された上記遊技盤の所定位置における釘対の釘間隔を1個の遊技球の直径よりも広げるように拡幅部を昇降するように駆動機構を駆動する演算手段とを備えたことを特徴とする。請求項1又は請求項2記載に係る遊技盤の釘間隔調整装置において、拡幅部は左右側面が上方より下方に行くに従って徐々に間隔を狭くなる楔状に形成されたり、拡幅部は互いに近づいたり離れたりするように互いに反対方向に移動して釘間隔を広げるための一対のアームを備えたり、テーブルが平面内で縦横に駆動するXYテーブルにより形成されたりしてもよい。請求項3記載に係る遊技盤の釘間隔調整装置において、拡幅部の左右側面が拡幅部の左右方向の中心に対する同一角度の斜面として形成され、拡幅部の左右方向の中心がテーブルに搭載された遊技盤の所定位置における釘対の左右方向の中心と上下方向で同軸状に一致されるように、拡幅部が駆動機構により昇降してもよい。請求項2又は請求項3に係る遊技盤の釘間隔調整装置において、測定手段が、テーブルに搭載された遊技盤の所定位置における釘対の釘間隔を検出するための測定部と、測定部をテーブルに搭載された遊技盤の所定位置における釘対に対して昇降する駆動機構とを備えてもよい。請求項7に係る遊技盤の釘間隔調整装置において、測定部が、駆動機構で昇降される支持部と、テーブルに搭載された遊技盤の所定位置における釘対を非接触に取込むための隙間を以って相対峙するように支持部に設けられた二又に別れた先端部と、テーブルに搭載された遊技盤の所定位置における釘対の釘間隔を検出するために先端部の一方に設けられた発光部と、テーブルに搭載された遊技盤の所定位置における釘対の釘間隔を検出するために先端部の他方に設けられた受光部とを備えてもよい。

【発明の実施の形態】
第1実施形態
図1は本発明の第1実施形態の方法を示すフローチャートであって、ステップ101の釘打工程において遊技盤の所定位置に釘対を1個の遊技球の直径よりも狭い間隔に打込む。これにより、釘対が遊技盤にマイナスゲージで打込まれる。この第1実施形態の場合、ステップ101では遊技盤が釘打機のXYテーブルに位置決め搭載され、釘打機がその制御部に予め記憶された当該遊技盤の機種に対応する釘打データより打込位置と順序とを抽出してXYテーブルを制御し、遊技盤の所定位置が釘打機の釘ホルダー機構及びハンマ機構の真下に位置決め停止され、釘打機の釘供給部より釘ホルダー機構に供給されて支持された釘をハンマ機構で遊技盤に打込むことにより、1枚の遊技盤に打つべき多数の釘を、遊技盤に1本ずつ自動的に打込む。上記釘打機に格納された釘打データ中において、遊技盤の入賞口に遊技球を誘導するための釘対の釘間隔は、1個の遊技球の直径よりも狭い間隔に定められている。

図2は本発明の第2実施形態であって、図2は前述のステップ102で用いられる釘間隔調整装置を示す。図2のa図において、釘間隔調整装置のテーブル1はコンピュータが内蔵された制御部2からの出力により1つの平面の縦横に駆動可能なXYテーブルとして形成されている。テーブル1には釘打込みの終了した遊技盤3がその釘の打込まれた側を上に向けて位置決め搭載される。この遊技盤3の所定位置には釘対4が1個の遊技球5の直径D1よりも狭い間隔D2に打込まれている(D1>D2)。釘対4を含む釘は、前述の釘打機により、遊技盤3にパチンコ店の島に設置される上の方に向けて約5°程度傾斜するように打込まれるが、図2に示すように、遊技盤3を上方より又は下方より見た場合は遊技盤3に直角に打込まる。

それから、遊技盤3が位置決め搭載されたことを検出する図外の遊技盤センサー、又は、当該遊技盤センサーに代えて作業者の操作でオン動作される図外のマニュアルスイッチの何れかが、遊技盤種別信号と作業開始信号とを、制御部2に出力する。すると、制御部2がその記憶装置に予め格納された当該遊技盤3の機種に対応する作業データ6より作業位置と順序とを抽出してテーブル1を縦方向のX方向と横方向のY方向とに移動するように制御し、遊技盤3の所定位置が拡幅手段7における楔状の拡幅部8の真下に位置決め停止される。拡幅部8は相対峙する左右側面8a,8bが上方より下方に行くに従って間隔を狭くすると共に拡幅部8の中心Lとの成す角度を同一とした斜面になっている。そして、前記テーブル1の移動停止に際し、制御部2が拡幅部8の中心Lと釘対4の釘間隔中心とが上下方向で同軸状に一致するようにテーブル1を制御する。

図4は本発明の第5実施形態であって、前述の楔状の拡幅部8に代わる拡幅部20を示す。この拡幅部20は、図2の駆動機構9の昇降出力端に設けられた二又状の支持部21を有する。支持部21は駆動機構9との間で図外のガイド機構により横方向への回転が阻止された形態で駆動機構9により昇降される。支持部21にはねじ棒22が回転可能に両端支持されている。ねじ棒22には2つの雄ねじのようなねじ23,24が螺旋方向を互いに反対向きとして同ピッチに形成されている。例えば、一方のねじ23の螺旋方向が右回りならば、他方のねじ24の螺旋方向は左回りである。ねじ棒22のねじ23,24のそれぞれには2つのアーム25,26を個別にねじ嵌合装着している。ねじ棒22とアーム25,26とのねじ嵌合部分がボルト・ナット機構を構成する。アーム25,26は支持部21にねじ棒22と並列配置に設けられたガイドレール27に摺接係合して上下方向の回転を阻止されている。支持部21には図2の制御部2により制御されるモータ28が取付けられている。そして、ねじ棒22がモータ28により一方向に回転させられることにより、2つのアーム25,26がガイドレール27により回止めされつつねじ23,24により互いに反対方向に同じ距離だけ移動する。例えば、ねじ棒22が或る一方向に回転駆動すると、2つのアーム25,26が互いに離れる方向に横移動し、ねじ棒22が逆の他方向に回転駆動すると、2つのアーム25,26が互いに近づく方向に横移動する。
