Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a barrier-free article used for passenger seats (rear and front seats) of a passenger car, and more particularly to a rotary seat dedicated to passenger cars that is convenient for getting on and off an elderly person.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Special consideration has been given to those who have recently lost their functions to some or all of their bodies, such as the elderly and persons with disabilities, and those who cannot act the same as healthy people (healthy people), such as children. It became so.
[0003]
In other words, it is essential for a healthy society that elderly people and persons with disabilities become independent and actively participate in society. Therefore, it is difficult to grasp the state of handy correctly and use equipment and tools. (Barrier) is eliminated, that is, the barrier free is closed up.
[0004]
One of the barrier free is known to compensate for the reduced ability because the physical function decreases as the age increases. For example, the barrier free in a passenger car is considered as follows.
[0005]
For example, getting on and off a car is a work that supports the load on the lower limbs and moves the height of the center of gravity of the body, so the function of the nervous system that controls posture and the lower limb muscle strength (muscle atrophy due to aging) This makes it difficult to get on and off.
[0006]
Therefore, regarding the muscle load on the lower limbs when standing up from the seat, it is said that older people are more burdened on the lower limbs than younger people, but if the handrail is used, the burden on the lower limbs will be reduced and the muscle load will be significantly reduced. ing.
[0007]
In addition to the barrier free for getting on and off the vehicle, the following proposal has been made.
[0008]
In other words, since the rotational motion of the body when getting on and off the vehicle is a burden on the muscle strength of the lower limbs, a seat cushion for an automobile seat is provided with an internal rotation means for easily rotating the body (special feature). (Kaihei 10-146239).
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 5, the proposed seat cushion 50 for an automobile seat includes a plate-like fixing portion 51 and a substantially disk-like rotating portion 52 arranged to be rotatable with respect to the fixing portion 51 on the upper surface of the fixing portion 51. The rotating portion 52 is formed of a cushion portion 54 that is provided on a rotating plate 53 and is covered with an outer skin.
[0010]
In this rotary plate 53, rotary plate side ribs 55, 55,... Are formed concentrically and multiply upward over the entire circumference, and a bearing portion 56 protruding downward is formed at the center. A through hole is formed in the center of the bearing portion 56, and a rotating shaft 57 is inserted into the through hole.
[0011]
On the other hand, the fixed portion 51 is constituted by a fixed plate 58 that is wider and larger than the rotating plate 53, and an outer peripheral portion other than the rotating plate 53 is located on the upper surface of the fixed plate 58. The cushion layer 59 is formed to surround the bank.
[0012]
A fixed plate side rib 60 is formed on the surface of the fixed plate 58 where the rotating plate 53 is located, and the upper end of the fixed plate side rib 60 has a semicircular cross section. A groove is formed, and a large number of bearing balls 61 are accommodated in the groove.
[0013]
Therefore, the rotating plate 53 is supported by these bearing balls 61 to facilitate its rotation.
[0014]
The above-described seat cushion 50 for an automobile seat is used by being mounted on an automobile seat (seat surface). Both the rotating plate 53 and the fixed plate 58 are provided with concentric multiple ribs 55 and 60. Therefore, it is easy to bend and deforms freely according to the human body. Further, since the rotation plate side rib 55 is disposed immediately above the bearing ball 61, the bearing ball 61 is pressed by the human body and is difficult to rotate. In other words, the cushion 50 can be freely rotated and the direction of the body can be changed easily, which is convenient for getting on and off a person with a handicap.
[0015]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the proposed cushion 50 can be used not only for car seats but also for all kinds of chairs such as seat chairs, office chairs, pipe chairs, etc., there are the following problems when used for passenger car seats.
[0016]
In other words, as described above, getting on and off the car is an operation of supporting the load with the lower limbs and moving the height of the center of gravity of the body horizontally, and is not simply sitting or standing on a chair. When the nervous system function of the arm decreases or the muscle strength of the lower limbs decreases, the getting on and off operation is performed by sliding on the seat (seat surface) by the lower surface of the pelvic part of the body. There was a problem of not sitting on the cushion 50.
Further, the bank-like cushion layer 59 comes into contact with a part of the body and becomes a rotational resistance.
[0017]
In view of the above, the present invention mainly aims to solve such a problem by an inexpensive means, and in particular, to solve the conflict between the barrier freeness due to light rotation and the anxiety due to overturning, The secondary purpose is to make the rotation range as short as possible.
[0018]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, the present invention provides: 1) a base member placed on an existing seat for a passenger of a passenger car, and a cushion member placed on the base member rotatably via a bearing; The base member is a thin plate and is detachably fixed at the boundary between the seating surface and the backrest of the seat, and the cushion member includes the thin rotary disc and the seat. Rotation consisting of a cushion material fixed to a rotating disk, and after sitting on the base member and rotating the body, the rotation is stopped by the seated weight to prevent passengers' anxiety As a sheet, the rotation-preventing member has a protrusion provided on the outer peripheral side of the rotating disk that slides on the base member, and the seating in the fitting hole provided in the base member. The rotating disk is prevented from rotating by fitting according to the body weight. In order to remove the protrusion from the fitting hole and to provide a lifting piece for marking the protrusion on the side of the passenger on the outer periphery of the cushion member, And a barrier-free rotating seat mounted on a passenger car seat, characterized by eliminating anxiety of the traveling passenger, and 2) the passenger being an elderly person. And 3) the lifting piece is always provided laterally, and the base member is a flexible piece that can be restored. 3. The seat according to claim 1, further comprising a fixing member configured to fix the base member by pressing and restoring the flexible piece to a boundary between the seat surface and the backrest. The main feature is a rotating sheet for barrier free. That.

The rotary seat according to the embodiment of the present invention is detachably mounted on an existing passenger seat (rear and / or front seat) of a passenger car (automobile) as a barrier free article for elderly people. It has a slightly smaller diameter than the depth length or a size of one side of the rectangle, and is also said to be a cushion or stool.
[0022]
First, the outline of the rotary sheet 1 of this embodiment will be described.
[0023]
1 and 2A, the rotary sheet 1 includes a thin plate-like base portion (base plate) 2 and a cushion portion rotatably mounted on the base portion 2. (Anpan-shaped cushion material) 3, and this base portion 2 is detachable in the vicinity of the boundary between the seat surface 4 a and the backrest 4 b in the passenger seat (not the driver-seat) of the vehicle body. The cushion portion 3 is rotatable with respect to the base portion 2 but is prevented from rotating with respect to the base portion 2 when a passenger is seated. In other words, this embodiment is a rotation sheet 1 with a detent.
[0024]
Therefore, when the passenger gets on the vehicle, the body door opens and closes, sits on the rotating seat 1 with the front half of his body, then bends his legs and extends into the vehicle before extending the front ( The body is rotated by about 45 ° to 60 ° in order to face forward). At this time, since the base portion 2 is fixed to the seats (4a, 4b), it is raised in an ampan shape from the seat surface 4a. Even the cushion part 3 is not displaced.
[0025]
Therefore, the user can sit down and sit on almost the entire surface of the rotary sheet 1 and can easily and smoothly change the direction of the body by himself or an assistant. The rotation range of the vehicle can be minimized, so unnecessary rotation can be eliminated and passengers are not worried. In particular, a single movement is possible without having to redo the seating in a narrow car.
[0026]
Moreover, since this cushion part 3 becomes a rotation stop with respect to the base part 2 after sitting, it does not give anxiety to a passenger during driving | running | working of a vehicle.
[0027]
The base part 2 is a thin plate made of synthetic resin, the cushion part 3 is a cushion material such as a simple urethane foam, and the seat surface 4a is used to fix the base part 2 to the seat. Since it is fixed by retrofitting at the boundary between the backrest 4b and the backrest 4b, it is convenient as a rotating seat as a thin cushion for the body seat of any vehicle type with a soft cushion structure. 1 can be manufactured at a very low cost, and can easily be obtained as a barrier-free product for the elderly.
[0028]
Next, each part of the rotary sheet 1 will be described in detail.
[0029]
1 and 2, the base portion 2 is formed in a substantially tongue-like shape in plan view. The tongue piece is an injection-molded plate made of synthetic resin (PP, urethane) and having a thickness of about 3 mm. It is composed.
[0030]
Therefore, the rotary sheet 1 itself is very inexpensive and light in weight, has some flexibility, and also has rigidity, and facilitates handling of a set such as assembly.
[0031]
The base portion 2 includes a disc-shaped support portion 2a that supports the cushion portion 3, and a rear side of the support portion 2a, that is, the rear side when the rotary seat 1 is attached to the seat 4 (this A direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction is defined as a left-right direction (the same applies hereinafter), and is composed of a single flat plate including a mounting portion 2b extending to the side.
[0032]
The outer diameter of the disk-shaped support portion 2a is approximately 400 mmφ, which is substantially the same as the outer diameter of the cushion portion 3, so that there is no resistance portion when rotating and sliding, and unnecessary space is not taken. It has become.
[0033]
The mounting portion 2b corresponds to the root of the tongue piece in a plan view, and the outer diameter of the support portion 2a extends rearward as it is. The extension length is slightly (about 20 mm), and the extension end is in the left-right direction. It is straight. The mounting portion 2b is provided with elongated holes 7 for the pair of left and right fixtures 22 in parallel with the extended ends.
[0034]
On the other hand, the cushion part 3 is composed of a rotating disk 5 and a urethane foam 6 having a thickness of about 30 mm which is fixed to the rotating disk 5 and is covered with an outer skin. It is a thin plate with a thickness of about 3 mm by injection molding made of resin (PP).
[0035]
A single cylindrical stopper projection 8 is integrally formed downward on the outer peripheral side of the rotating disk 5 to prevent the rotating disk 5 from rotating.
[0036]
That is, the support portion 2a of the base portion 2 is provided with a fitting hole 9 having a diameter larger than the size of the projection 8, and the projection 8 is formed in the fitting hole 9 so that the seating weight or the resin is formed. It fits through by elasticity and prevents the rotating disk 5 from rotating.
[0037]
As shown in FIG. 1, the fitting hole 9 has a position of about 30 ° in the front and an angle that does not interfere with the backrest and a position of about 25 ° with respect to the diameter a in the left-right direction of the circular support portion 2a. In other words, the front fitting hole 9a and the rear fitting hole 9b are provided on the same circumference at intervals of about 55 °.
[0038]
Therefore, when the passenger gets in the state where the protrusion 8 is fitted in the rear fitting hole 9b in advance and the cushion portion 3 is prevented from rotating, according to the observation and analysis of the present inventors, this passenger Since it is already half-fronted, it is most likely to ride in a state where it is slightly more forward than the front fitting hole 9a (the protrusion 8 is always next to the body). Turn about 55 ° and it will just turn to the front. At that time, the protrusion 8 naturally fits in the front fitting hole 9a to prevent the cushion portion 3 from rotating.
[0039]
Then, it is confirmed that the protrusion 8 is fitted into the two front and rear fitting holes 9a and 9b and the rotation is stopped, or the protrusion 8 is lifted upward, and the protrusion 8 is moved from the fitting holes 9a and 9b. In order to remove them, one half-moon-shaped gripping piece 10 protrudes from the outer periphery of the cushion portion 3 and on the diameter of the protrusion 8, and serves as a mark or lifting piece.
[0040]
In addition, when the projection 8 is fitted in the rear fitting hole 9b as described above, even if the passenger sits on the cushion portion 3, the gripping piece 10 is positioned laterally rearward of the body, It is not hidden by the body.
[0041]
That is, the gripping piece 10 is always on the side of the passenger and is easy to grip, and is convenient for the passenger wearing the kimono without expanding his crotch.
[0042]
Therefore, an operation example will be described. When the user rides, the user sits on the cushion portion 3 and lifts the gripping piece 10 so that the projection 8 comes off the rear fitting hole 9b and slides on the upper surface of the support portion 2a as it is. When the passenger can turn smoothly and the passenger faces the front, the protrusion 8 naturally fits in the front fitting hole 9a and becomes a detent to give the passenger a sense of stability.
[0043]
Further, when getting off, the gripping piece 10 is lifted, the protrusion 8 is removed from the front fitting hole 9a, the cushion part 3 is rotated together with the body, and the protrusion 8 is fitted into the rear fitting hole 9b.
[0044]
Therefore, preferably, when the passenger gets off, it is convenient for the next boarding if the gripping piece 10 is positioned in the direction of the rear fitting hole 9b.
[0045]
The rotary sheet 1 is provided with a pair of front and rear fitting holes 9a and 9b (four in total) so that the same operation can be performed regardless of whether the passenger enters the seat from the left or right door. ing.
[0046]
Further, as shown in D part of FIG. 3, a raised bent part 11 is formed in the center part of the support part 2 a of the base part 2, and a screw head is inserted into the downwardly top part of the raised bent part 11. A hole 12 is formed, and following this screw head insertion hole 12, a boss fitting portion 14 is formed to fit a screw boss portion 13 formed downward in the center of the rotating disk 5.
[0047]
Therefore, the screw boss portion 13 of the rotating disk 5 is fitted into the boss fitting portion 14 of the base portion 2, and the screw 15 is screwed into the screw boss portion 13 from the screw head insertion hole 12 side. Then, the base portion 2 and the rotating disk 5 are integrated.
[0048]
The raised bent portion 11 is provided with radial ribs 16 to reinforce this portion.
[0049]
Here, in order to smoothly rotate the cushion portion 3 on the base portion 2, a large number of radially arranged nibs as shown in FIG. 4 are provided between the upper surface of the base portion 2 and the lower surface of the rotating disk 5. A needle bearing retainer plate 18 holding dollar bearings 17, 17.
[0050]
The needle bearing retainer plate 18 is radially disposed on an ultra-thin plate-like foil body 19 having an outer diameter inside the position circumference of the front and rear fitting holes 9, and the ultra-thin plate. A needle bearing 17 slightly projecting from the upper and lower surfaces is embedded in a rotatable manner.
[0051]
In addition, in FIG. 4, 20 and 20 show the opening window for weight reduction. Therefore, the needle bearing retainer plate 18 can be said to be a wheel type retainer with a fork.
[0052]
This needle bearing retainer plate 18 has its center hole 21 loosely fitted in the boss fitting portion 14 and supports the rotating disc 5 on the base portion 2 by a number of needle bearings 17. Therefore, a clearance corresponding to at least the diameter of the needle bearing 17 is formed at the outer peripheral ends of the base portion 2 and the rotating disk 5 to give the rotating seat 1 the function of a soft cushion.
[0053]
The fixing tool 22 to be attached to the long hole 7 of the attachment portion 2b is constituted by a cloth strip piece 24 with a bag body 23, and the tip of the cloth strip piece 24 is sewn and joined through the long hole 7. .
[0054]
A flexible piece (not shown) such as a urethane foam is built in the bag body 23, and one pair of the bag bodies 23 is pushed and inserted into the boundary between the seat surface 4a and the backrest 4b of the vehicle body. By rotating the flexible piece on the back side or restoring the flexible piece within the boundary between the seating surface 4a and the backrest 4b, the rotary sheet 1 is fixed on the seating surface 4a without shifting to the left and right. Therefore, it is possible to provide the fixture 22 that is extremely inexpensive and can be easily attached and detached.
[0055]
Further, the gripping piece 10 is stepped when viewed from the side, and is fixed to the recess 25 adjacent to the protrusion 8 with two small screws 26, 26 as shown in FIG.
[0056]
Therefore, the half-moon-shaped gripping piece 10 in plan view protrudes in the horizontal direction at a position above the base portion 2 and can be easily gripped.
[0057]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, passengers, such as an elderly person, can get on and off easily and reliably, and assistance of a caregiver can be reduced.
[0058]
In particular, unlike the so-called passenger seat rotating seat, in which the seat itself rotates, the rotating seat 1 that is slightly submerged in weight on the soft seat surface 4a is rotated for the elderly. Thus, so-called barrier-free assistance (personal and / or assistant assistance) rotation can be obtained, and it can be used for existing seats regardless of the vehicle type.
[0059]
In addition, the rotation of the rotation sheet is limited to about 1/8 to about 1/6 rotation according to the current situation, and the rotation is stopped, so that of course, while elderly people are running , It can be convenient without getting anxiety.
