Claims (4)
- 第1基板に第1電極部を形成する工程と、
前記第1基板に対向して封着されるように構成された第2基板に第2電極部を形成する工程と、
前記第1基板または前記第2基板のうちいずれか一つの基板のエッジに沿って第1シーリング層を形成する工程と、
前記第1シーリング層上に、または前記第2基板の前記第1シーリング層に対応する領域に第2シーリング層を形成する工程と、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板とを整列して封着する工程と、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に電解液を注入する工程と
を含み、
前記第1シーリング層と前記第2シーリング層とは相異なる成分を持つ物質からなり、
前記第1シーリング層及び前記第2シーリング層は熱塑性型ガラスフリットを含み、
前記第2シーリング層のみにレーザー吸収物質がさらに含まれ、
前記第1シーリング層を形成する工程は前記熱塑性型ガラスフリットを焼成させる工程を含み、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板とを整列して封着する工程は、前記レーザー吸収物質をレーザ加熱する工程を含むことを特徴とする染料感応型太陽電池の製造方法。 - 前記第1シーリング層の厚さは、前記第2シーリング層の厚さより大きいか、または同じであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の染料感応型太陽電池の製造方法。
- 前記レーザー吸収物質は、マンガン(Mn)、鉄(Fe)、バナジウム(V)、クロム(Cr)、ニッケル(Ni)、コバルト(Co)または銅(Cu)であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の染料感応型太陽電池の製造方法。
- 前記第1シーリング層の厚さは50μmないし150μmであり、前記第2シーリング層の厚さは3μmないし50μmであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の染料感応型太陽電池の製造方法。
