In this semi-dry method, the removal agent is made into a slurry or aqueous solution and is sprayed into the exhaust gas in a reaction tower. The spray agent reacts with harmful gases in the exhaust gas, and the reaction product is dried by the heat retained in the exhaust gas. It is removed from the exhaust gas as

The atomizer main body 4 is fixed inside (the lower end of this main body is provided with a drug outflow part 4a that allows the drug, for example, slaked lime slurry, introduced from the drug supply pipe 5 to flow downward), and the bottom of this main body 4. A rotating disk 8 is provided with a gap 6 between the sides and rotated at high speed by a central rotating shaft 7 passing through the main body 4, and the rotating disk 8 has an upper end for receiving the medicine flowing out from the atomizer main body 4. A drug receiving chamber 9 with an opening 9a communicating with the gap 6, and a plurality of outer circumferential nozzles 10 for spraying the drug flowing into the chamber into the exhaust gas from the outer circumference of the disc by rotational centrifugal force are provided.

場合が多かつた。 This chemical spraying device continuously supplies a chemical such as slaked lime slurry into the rotating disk 8 from the outflow portion 4a of the atomizer main body 4 little by little, and
Since the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the disk 8 is used to atomize the exhaust gas from the outer nozzle 10, the inside of the disk 8 rotating at high speed has a negative pressure with respect to the surrounding pressure, and the surrounding exhaust gas flows between the rotating disk 8 and the atomizer body. The air is blown in from the gap 6 between the air and the air 4 as shown by the dotted line arrow in Figure 2. However, since carbon dioxide gas is contained in the exhaust gas, when the chemical is slaked lime slurry, this slaked lime and carbon dioxide gas in the exhaust gas react in the rotating disk 8 to produce calcium carbonate, which is passed through the nozzle. The problem occurred that it adhered to the inner surface of the nozzle and blocked the nozzle, and about 1
In many cases, it became impossible to spray the chemical into the exhaust gas after about a few months.

The present invention is characterized in that an air introduction path is provided to prevent surrounding exhaust gas from being sucked into the rotating disk through the gap due to the exhaust effect caused by the rotation of the blades.

Explaining according to the drawings, this embodiment is a device for spraying a chemical into exhaust gas similar to that shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 (the same parts are given the same reference numerals and detailed explanations are omitted). A radial blade 11 is provided on the upper surface of the rotating disk 8 and rotates together with the disk, and the atomizer main body 4 is provided with an air introduction path 12 that supplies air to the inside of the rotating portion of the blade. The air introduction path 12 has an annular air groove 12a recessed in the lower surface of the atomizer main body 4 so as to surround the drug outflow part 4a, and a lower end opens into the annular air groove 12a and an upper end opens into the atomizer main body 4. One or more air introduction holes 12b opened to
The atomizer main body 4 is composed of a plurality of air pipes 12c whose lower ends are connected to the atomizer body 2b and whose upper ends penetrate the upper wall of the atomizer main body 4 and are open to the atmosphere.

る。 When the blade 11 rotates together with the rotary disk 8 at high speed, air is sucked into the rotating portion of the blade from the air introduction passage 12 which is open to the atmosphere, and the air is rotated with the main body 4. Since the air in the gap 6 with the disk 8 is discharged outward in the circumferential direction, surrounding exhaust gas is no longer sucked into the rotating disk 8 through the gap 6.
