本発明は水切紐付波状瓦成形方法にあり、その
目的とするところは切断刃1及び水切紐用溝2を
備えたプレス上型3により平板状グリンシート4
を波状瓦5の平面展開形状に打抜くと同時にグリ
ンシート4に水切紐6を形成し、この後、この平
板状グリンシート4を波状に真空成形することを
特徴とする水切紐付波状瓦成形方法にあり、その
目的とするところは波状瓦に精度良く、簡単に水
切紐を付加することができる水切紐付波状瓦成形

の水分を除かれ、そのままプレス上型3の下へ搬
入される。第2図に示すようにプレス上型3の下
面には切断刃1及び水切紐用劇2を設けてあり、
このプレス上型3によりグリンシート4をプレス
して第3図に示すようにグリンシート4を波状瓦
5の平面展開形状に打抜き、同時に、第4図に示
すように、この平板状のグリンシート4の上面に
複数本の水切紐6を突設する。この後、打抜かれ
た平板状のグリンシート4を第5図aのようにバ
キユーム装置9下面に吸着させて吊上げる。バキ
ユーム装置9は、内部が減圧室となつた吸引ブロ
ツク10と位置決めブロツク11が支持軸12に
スライド自在に挿通されたものであり、吸引ブロ
ツク10と位置決めブロツク11は互いに一定間
隔で近接離間自在となつており、凸面となつた吸
引ブロツク10下面は凹面となつた位置決めブロ
ツク11下面よりも上方に位置しており、吸引ブ
ロツク10はフレキシブルパイプ13を介して真
空ポンプに接続されており、グリンシート4はこ
の吸引ブロツク10により吸引されている。バキ
ユーム装置9は吸引ブロツク10同志を離間させ
た状態でグリンシート4を平板状に吸着してお
り、続いて、吸引ブロツク10及び位置決めブロ
ツク11をスライドさせて互いに近接させるとグ
リンシート4は第5図bのように波状に形成さ
れ、この後、このグリンシート4を養生硬化させ
ることにより第6図のような波状瓦5が得られ
