An embodiment of the exterior structure according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIGS. 1a and 1b are a partially cutaway perspective view and a longitudinal cross-sectional view showing an example of an exterior structure according to the present invention, for example, a roof. In the figure, 1 is the main body,
2 is a base board, 3 is a nail, 4 is a waterproof sheet, and 5 is a base, and the waterproof sheet 4 is laid on the base board 2. Reference numeral 6 denotes an exterior material which has a cross-sectional shape shown in FIGS. 2a to 2g and has a stepped appearance, and its height (step) h corresponds to the thickness of the waterproof and heat insulating layer 7 described below. Reference numeral 7 denotes a waterproof insulation layer (hereinafter simply referred to as insulation layer), and a rectangular sheathing insulation board (hereinafter simply referred to as board) 8 is inserted from bottom to top or from eave to ridge as shown in the figure. are arranged so that the upper and lower ends of the boards overlap each other and form a void 9 with a triangular vertical cross section between the back surface 8a of each board 8 and the base 5, and the volume is about 1/2 of this void 9. The board 8 is fixed with nails 3 through a mat 10 which is a reinforcing material for filling the board and is impregnated with one or more of a moisture control material, a fungicide, and an insect repellent, so that the appearance is shaped like a plurality of steps. It is composed of To explain further, the heat insulating layer 7 is constructed by sequentially laying and fixing a board 8 and a mat 10 as shown in FIGS. 3a and 3b as shown in FIGS. 4a and 4b. That is, the first stage 7- n1 of the heat insulating layer 7 is connected to the mat 1 as shown in FIG. 4a.
0, so-called 10-n 1 -1,10- called for convenience
n 1 -2, . . . 10 - n 1 - n are laid in series on the base 5 in the direction of the girder with the left and right sides touching or with a gap provided. In addition, in Fig. 4a, fascia A and Hiroko Mai B are attached to the eaves, and mats 1 are attached to these.
It touches 0. Next, as shown in figure b, board 8, so-called board 8-
n 1 -1,8-n 1 -2,8-n 1 -3,...8-n 1 -
They are stacked in series in the digit direction in the order of n and fixed via nails 3 to form a first stage heat insulating layer 7-n 1 . Second
The insulation layer 7-n 2 of the second stage is matte 10, so-called 10-n 2
-1,10-n 2 -2,10-n 2 -3,...10-
After laying the boards in the order of n 2 - n, board 8 - n 2 - 1,
8-n 2 -2, 8-n 2 -3, ... 8-n 2 -n are stacked in this order, and the upper end is fixed to the base 5 with nails 3. At this time, the lower end portion of the second stage heat insulating layer 7-n 2 is superimposed and laminated by Δl on the upper end portion of the first stage heat insulating layer 7-n 1 . Therefore, in order to form the heat insulating layer 7 on the base 5, such construction may be performed from the eaves to the ridge. Also, the board 8 should have a thickness of 9 to 30 mm, taking into account the step t (board thickness) of the heat insulating layer 7.
mm, the outer shape is rectangular, and the width W is approximately 150 mm.
~600mm, and the length L is set to approximately 200~3636mm. This was selected because of its strength, the fact that there are steps with dimensions that give the appearance of a stepped roof, and the general dimensions of exterior materials, such as roofing materials. Furthermore, the board 8 is made of waterproof material, heat insulation material, reinforcing material,
In addition, in order to function as a humidity control material, high-quality wood logs are pulped and further defibrated and refined, and raw materials include water-resistant agents, preservatives, insect repellents, and asphalt. Moreover, the board 8 is made by forming a board from this raw material, and also by coating the surface with asphalt, impregnating asphalt before forming into the board, or using asphalt powder and refined fibers. It consists of one plate, etc., which is mixed, heated and pressurized. In particular, the amount of asphalt impregnation or coating is 10 to 40% considering waterproofness and humidity control properties.
(weight ratio). The reason for specifying the amount of asphalt impregnated as above is that if it is less than 10%, it lacks waterproofness, and if it is more than 40%, the humidity control property, so-called breathability, is significantly reduced. moreover,
The mat 10 fills the void 9 having a triangular vertical section formed between the base 5 and the back surface 8a of the board 8, reinforcing the board (surface contact), strengthening waterproofness and heat insulation,
Insect damage prevention, humidity control through water absorption, base material 5
This is to prevent corrosion. As a specific example,
Soft polyurethane foam (facilitates humidity control function through continuous structure), soft polyurethane foam, phenol foam, polyethylene foam, acrylic acid grafted product, carboxymethylated product, water-absorbing foam containing chlorine polyacrylate, fungicide, insect repellent It consists of one or more types of matte foam added with.

Next, the case of forming an exterior structure according to the present invention, for example a roof, will be explained. In Figure 1a,
First, fix the fascia A to one end of the frame, then Hirokomai B
be fixed to the eaves. Next, as shown in FIG .
0-n 1 -2, ... 10-n 1 -n, contact each end face in the order, and lay in series along the eaves in the girder direction.
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 4b, the first stage 7-n 1 of the heat insulating layer is laid on the mat 10, and the board 8-n 1 -
1,8-n 1 -2,...8-n 1 -n, and fix the upper end with nails 3. Therefore, in order to form the heat insulating layer 7 over the entire base 5, it is sufficient to carry out the construction as described above sequentially from the eaves to the ridge. Next, a roofing material, for example the roofing material shown in FIG . . The left end of the so-called roofing material 6 (named for convenience) 6-n 1 -1 is the roofing material 6
-n 1 -2 by engaging with or placing it on the right edge of the first board 8-n 1 -1,...8-n 1 -n on the first stage board 8-n 1-1 ,...8-n 1 -n Thatch the tiered roof. In addition, the second stage is similarly roofing material 6-
n 2 -1,6-n 2 -2,...6-n 2 -n engages the lower end with the upper end of the first stage roofing material, and the board 8-n 2
-1, 8-n 2 -2,...8-n 2 -n are sequentially placed on, engaged with, etc., and fixed via hangers 11 to form the second stage roof. Therefore, for the roof, the same work as above was carried out from the 3rd stage to the nth stage, so-called.
This process is completed by repeating the process until the entire heat insulating layer 7 is covered.

As described above, according to the exterior structure according to the present invention, a base consisting of a base plate and a waterproof sheet is formed on the frame, and it is possible to prevent condensation and leakage of rainwater from reaching the frame. A waterproof and heat-insulating layer that has a certain degree of rigidity and bending strength, as well as heat insulation, waterproofness, and humidity control properties is formed on the base to prevent condensation and prevent corrosion of the base plate and exterior materials. do. The space between the exterior material and the substrate is impregnated with one or more of a moisture control material, a fungicide, and an insect repellent, and pine, which also functions as a reinforcing material, is interposed, so moisture, pests, and mold can prevent the substrate, board, and exterior. The wood will not suffer any damage. The waterproof and heat-insulating layer is formed in a step-like manner with steps in the thickness of the boards that make up the structure, so it functions as a ruler when installing the exterior material, making it easier to install the exterior material. Since the exterior material is placed and fixed on the waterproof insulation layer, it can sufficiently withstand external forces. Since the exterior material is roofed in a stepped manner, a three-dimensional exterior can be formed with high efficiency and without the need for skill. It has the following characteristics.
