のである。 An embodiment of the exterior structure according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIGS. 1A and 1B are a partially cutaway perspective view showing an example of an exterior structure according to the present invention, such as a roof, and a vertical cross-sectional view taken along the line -- of FIG. 1A. In the figure,
1 is a frame, 2 is a base board, 3 is a nail, 4 is a waterproof sheet, and 5 is a base, with a waterproof sheet 4 laid on the base board 2. Reference numeral 6 denotes an exterior material which has a cross-sectional shape shown in FIGS. 2a to 2g and has a stepped appearance, and its height (step) h corresponds to the thickness of the waterproof and heat insulating section 8 described below. To explain further, the exterior material 6 may be formed of a hook part 6a, a decorative surface 6b, an engaging part 6c, and a fixing part 6d as shown in FIGS. 2a to 2c, or as shown in FIGS. 2d to 2g. The fixing portion 6d is formed in such a way that a locking tool 7 as shown in FIGS. 3a and 3b serves also as the fixing portion 6d. Note that the locking tool 7 includes a through locking tool and a partial locking tool. 8 is a waterproof heat insulating part (hereinafter simply referred to as the heat insulating part), which has a rectangular outer shape and a thickness t of 9 to 9, as shown in multiple figures.
A sheathing insulation board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) 9 of about 30 mm is called 9-n 1 -1 , 9-n 1 -2, 9 -n 1 for convenience in the digit direction, for example.
-3...9-n 1 -n are laid in series with their short side surfaces in contact with each other, and the joints 11 where the short side surfaces of the boards 9 are in contact are covered with adhesive tape 12, and the back surface of each board 9 is 9a and the base 5 with nails 3 so as to form a void 10 having a triangular vertical cross section to form the first stage heat insulating section 8 - n1 as shown in FIG. 4a. It is something. In addition, in order to function as a waterproofing material, a heat insulating material, a reinforcing material, and a humidity control material, the board 9 is made by turning high-quality wood raw wood into pulp, and then containing a material that has been defibrated and refined, a waterproofing agent, a preservative, and an insect repellent. , asphalt, etc. are used as raw materials.
Moreover, the board 9 is formed into a board from this raw material, and the surface of the board is coated with asphalt, or is impregnated with asphalt before being formed into a board, or is made of asphalt powder and refined fibers. It consists of one plate, etc., which is mixed, heated and pressurized. In particular, the amount of asphalt impregnation or coating is waterproof,
It is 10 to 40% (weight ratio) considering humidity control properties. The reason why the amount of asphalt impregnated is specified as above is because if it is less than 10%, waterproofness will be lacking, and if it is more than 40%, the humidity control property, so-called breathability, will be significantly reduced. 13 is a caulking material that is planted on the fixed part 6d of the first stage exterior part 6-n 1 after roofing, and the head of the nail 3 driven into the fixed part 6d of the exterior material 6. In addition, the lower end of the upper insulation part 8 -n 2 is layered to make it airtight, and even if water leaks from the connecting part of the exterior material 6, it will not reach the base 5. It is useful to prevent.

る。 Next, the exterior structure according to the present invention, for example, FIG.
To explain the construction method when constructing a roof structure as shown in b, board 9 has t=9mm,
A large number of sheets of W=600 mm and L=1800 mm were prepared, and the exterior material 6, so-called roofing material, had the shape shown in FIG. 2c. As the caulking material 13, a rubber-based substance was selected. Therefore, first, place the first layer on the base 5.
The heat insulating parts 8 -n 1 of the tiers are laid and fixed as shown in FIG. 4a. Next, as shown in FIG. 4b, after fixing the arabesque A, a large number of sheathing materials 6 for the first step roofing, for example, 6-n 1 -1,
6-n 1 -2, 6-n 1 -3, . . . 6-n 1 -n form the first stage exterior part 6-n 1 . In this case, the engagement part 6c of the exterior material 6 is dimensionally located at a position shorter than the upper end of the heat insulating part 8 - n1 by Δl. Next, as shown in Figure b, one or more caulking materials 13 are planted on Δl parallel to the upper edge of the board 9. After that, board 9−n 2 −1, ...9−n 2 −
As shown in FIG .
The second stage board 9 is attached to the Δl portion on the fixed part 6d of
The lower end portions of the two are stacked and fixed, and the second-stage exterior portion 6- n2 is formed thereon in the same manner as described above. Therefore, in order to form the exterior part and the heat insulating part 8 , it is sufficient to repeat the steps described above one after another. It should be noted that the void 10 acts as an adjustment section for promoting the humidity control function of the board 9.

This prevents corrosion of the base and exterior materials due to dew condensation, etc. A void having a triangular longitudinal section can be formed between the heat insulating part and the base to promote the humidity control function of the heat insulating part. Since the heat insulating part is formed in a step-like manner with a difference in the thickness of the board that is the constituent material, it functions as a ruler when installing the exterior material, making it easy to install the exterior material. Since the board has waterproof, heat insulating, and humidity control properties, the exterior material can be attached directly to the heat insulating part without the need for a waterproof sheet over the heat insulating part. Even when the exterior material reaches high temperatures (80 degrees Celsius) in midsummer, its insulation, waterproofing, and humidity control properties do not deteriorate beyond the softening of the asphalt.
The joints between the short sides of each board in the insulation section are covered with adhesive tape between the exterior material and the building frame, and caulking material is integrally interposed between the double waterproof structure with a waterproof sheet and the contact area between the exterior section and the insulation section. Because it was formed in such a way that even in the unlikely event of a water leak, rainwater will not reach the base plate or the structure. Since the exterior material is placed and fixed on the heat insulating part, it can sufficiently withstand external forces. Since the exterior material is roofed in a stepped manner, a three-dimensional exterior can be formed with high efficiency and without the need for skill. In addition to interposing a line of caulking material between the overlapping parts of the boards, the board's elasticity and asphalt's adhesion and waterproofing reliably prevent rainwater from entering or leaking through the nail holes that penetrate through the overlapping parts. At the same time, the board itself is elastic and waterproof, and the waterproofness of the fixed part between the exterior materials can be strengthened by the elasticity of the board itself and the adhesion of the asphalt. It has the following characteristics.
