ージングインシユレーシヨンボードを多数枚階段

熱層間に形成される断面3角形空間の下方に補強
角材を介在して横葺きとした外装構造に関するも
のである。

面形状で、段葺き外観となるものであり、その高
さ(段差)hは下記する防水断熱層4の厚さに対
応するものである。なお、外装材3のうち、第2
図a〜e、およびi,jは吊子なし、f〜h図は
第3図a〜dに示すような吊子6を介して固定す
るものである。防水断熱層4(以下、単に断熱層
という)は長方形状のシージングインシユレーシ
ヨンボード(以下、単にボードという)5と補強
角材7とを介して下から上、あるいは図示するよ
うに軒から棟に向かつて各ボード5の上下端面が
当接し、かつ各ボード5の背面と躯体1間に縦断
面が3角形状の空間8を形成するように配列する
と共に、この空間8の一部、好ましくは空隙の大
きい部分に補強角材7を介在した後に釘2で縦断
面L字状のボード5の上端となる長辺端部に設け
た突起部5aを躯体1に固定し、外観を複数段の
階段状に構成したものである。さらに説明する
と、断熱層4は第4図に示すようなボード5と第
5図a,bに示すような補強角材7を用いて、第
6図a〜cに示すように順次、敷設固定したもの
である。すなわち、断熱層4の第1段目4−n1
第4図に示すようなボード5を、第6図aに示す
ように広小舞9上にその下端の長辺端部背面を当
接し、かつ上端の突起部5aが上方(棟方向)に
位置するようにして躯体1上にボード5−n1
1、5−n1−2、5−n1−3…5−n1−nの順に
各ボード5の短辺側端面を当接して桁方向に直列
に配列し、釘2を介して固定することにより形成
したものである。また、第2段目5−n2は第6図
b,cに示すように補強角材7をボード5の突起
部5aの長手方向の側端面に当接し、かつ補強角
材7の長辺側端面を当接して桁方向に7−n1
1、7−n1−2、7−n1−3…7−n1−nの順で
敷設し、その後でボード5を第1段と同様に補強
角材7−n1上にボード5−n2−1、5−n2−2、
…5−n2−nの順に敷設し、突起部5aを釘2で
躯体1に固定するものである。なお、突起部5a
の厚さtはボード5の厚さをΔtとするとt=10
〜40mm、Δt=5〜15mmであり、t−Δt=Tの寸
法とし、断熱層4の各板間の接続部を好ましくは
ほぼ面一とするものである。従つて、断熱層4を
躯体上に形成するには、このような施工を軒から
棟に向かつて行えばよい。また、ボード5は断熱
層4の段差H(板厚)も考慮して厚さtを10〜40
mm、外形を長方形状に形成し、その幅Wは約150
〜600mm、長さLは200〜3636mm位に設定したもの
である。これは強度、外観が段葺き状に見える寸
法の段差があること、および外装材3、例えば屋
根材の一般的な寸法の関係から選択したものであ
る。さらに、ボード5は防水性、断熱材、補強
材、および調湿材として機能するため、木質繊維
板にアスフアルトを含浸、またはコーテングした
