That is, FIGS. 1a and 1b are a partially cutaway perspective view and a vertical cross-sectional view showing an example of an exterior structure according to the present invention, for example, a roof. In the figure, 1 is the main body, 2
3 is a base board, 3 is a nail, 4 is a waterproof sheet, 5 is a base, and the waterproof sheet 4 is laid on the base board 2. Reference numeral 6 denotes an exterior material which has a cross-sectional shape shown in FIGS. 2a to 2g and has a stepped appearance, and its height (step) h corresponds to the thickness of the waterproof and heat insulating layer 7 described below. Reference numeral 7 denotes a waterproof insulation layer (hereinafter simply referred to as insulation layer), and a rectangular sheathing insulation board (hereinafter simply referred to as board) 8 is inserted from bottom to top or from eave to ridge as shown in the figure. are arranged so that the upper and lower ends of the boards overlap each other and form a gap with a triangular longitudinal section between the back surface 8a of each board 8 and the base 5, and a wedge-shaped synthetic resin foam 9 is interposed in this gap. After that, it is fixed with nails 3, giving it a multi-stepped appearance. To explain further, the heat insulating layer 7 is made by sequentially laying and fixing a board 8 as shown in Fig. 3 a, b and a wedge-shaped synthetic resin foam 9 (hereinafter simply referred to as foam) as shown in Fig. 4 a, b. This is what I did. That is, the first stage 7-n 1 of the heat insulating layer 7 is the fourth
As shown in figure a, 9-n 1 -1,9- of form 9
n1-2 ,...9- n1 -n are laid in series on the base 5 with the left and right ends in contact, and on top of that the boards 8- n1-1,8- are placed as shown in Figure 4b. n 1 -2,...8
It is formed by stacking the layers in series in the order of -n 1 -n in the girder direction and fixing them to the base 5 via nails 3. Also, the second stage 7-n 2 has the form 9-n 2 -1, 9-n 2 -2,...9-n 2 -n in the same way as above.
8-n 2 -1,8-n 2
-2 , . In addition, at this time, the first
The lower end portion of the second tier board 7-n 2 is overlapped with the upper end portion of the tier board 7-n 1 by Δl. Therefore, in order to form the heat insulating layer 7 on the base, such construction can be carried out from the eaves to the ridge. In addition, the board 8 is formed to have a thickness of 9 to 30 mm and a rectangular shape, taking into account the step h (board thickness) of the heat insulating layer 7, and its width W is approximately 150 to 600 mm, and the length L is
It is set at around 200 to 3636 mm. This was selected because of the strength, the fact that there are steps with dimensions that give the appearance of a stepped roof, and the general dimensions of the exterior material 6, such as roofing material. Furthermore, since the board 8 functions as a waterproofing material, a heat insulating material, a reinforcing material, and a humidity control material, it is made by pulping high-quality wood logs, and then using fiberized and refined materials, water-resistant agents, preservatives, asphalt, etc. It is made from raw materials and impregnated with an insect repellent. Moreover, board 8
In addition to forming a plate from this raw material, the surface is coated with asphalt, or it is impregnated with asphalt before being formed into a plate, or asphalt powder and defibrated fiber are mixed and heated.・It consists of one piece such as a pressurized plate. In particular, asphalt impregnation,
Or, the amount of coating should be determined considering waterproofness and humidity control.
It is 10-40% (weight ratio). The reason why the amount of asphalt impregnated is specified as above is because if it is less than 10%, it lacks waterproofness, and if it is more than 40%, the humidity control property, so-called breathability, is significantly reduced. Furthermore, the foam 9 fills the gap having a triangular vertical section formed between the base plate 5 and the back surface 8a of the board 8, thereby reinforcing the board (surface contact), increasing waterproofness and heat insulation, and preventing corrosion of the base plate 2. Specific examples include soft polyurethane foam (facilitates humidity control function through continuous structure), hard polyurethane foam, phenol foam, polyethylene foam, foam made of water-absorbing resin, etc.
It consists of more than one species.

る。 Next, a construction example of the above-mentioned exterior structure, a so-called roof structure, will be briefly explained. In Fig. 1a, first, a fascia is fixed to one end of the frame, and then a wide and small mairo is fixed to the eaves. Next, form 9 as shown in Figure 4a.
Form 9-n 1 -1,9-n 1 - named for convenience.
2,...9-n 1 -n contact each end face in the order,
Lay in series along the eaves in the direction of the girders. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 4b, the first stage 7-n 1 of the heat insulating layer 7 is attached to the board 8-n 1 -1 , 8-n 1 -2, on the form 9.
...8-n 1 - Lay it as shown in n, and fix the upper end with nails 3. Therefore, in order to form the heat insulating layer 7 over the entire base 5, it is sufficient to carry out the construction as described above sequentially from the eaves to the ridge. Next, a roofing material, for example the roofing material shown in FIG . . Roofing material 6 (named for convenience) so-called 6
-n 1 -1's left end is engaged with or placed on the right edge of roofing material 6-n 1 -2 in the girder direction, thereby forming the first stage boards 8-n 1 -1,... ...8-
n 1 - Build the first roof on n. Similarly, the second stage is roofing material 6-n 2 -1, 6-n 2 -2,
....The lower end of 6-n 2 -n is engaged with the upper end of the first stage roofing material, and the board 8-n 2 -1, 8-n 2 -2,...
...8-n 2 -n, while placing and engaging in order,
It is fixed via hangers 10 and the second stage roof is constructed. Therefore, the roof is completed by repeating the same operations as described above from the third stage to the nth stage until the so-called heat insulating layer 7 is completely covered.

徴がある。 As described above, according to the exterior structure according to the present invention, a base consisting of a base plate and a waterproof sheet is formed on the frame, and it is possible to prevent condensation and leakage of rainwater from reaching the frame. Reliably forms a heat insulating layer on the base that has a certain degree of rigidity and bending strength, as well as heat insulation, waterproofness, and humidity control properties to prevent condensation and prevent corrosion of the base plate and exterior materials. . The insulation layer functions as a backup material for the exterior material. In the wedge-shaped gap formed between the base and the heat insulating layer, a lightweight, heat-insulating and cushioning synthetic resin foam with a shape that roughly corresponds to the gap is interposed, reinforcing the mechanical strength of the board.
It is possible to fully utilize the functions of the board.
The insect repellent mixed into the board prevents pests from damaging the insulation layer and the structure. Since the heat insulating layer is formed in a step-like manner with steps in the thickness of the boards that make up the structure, it functions as a ruler when installing the exterior material, making it easier to install the exterior material. Since the exterior material is placed and fixed on the heat insulating layer, it can sufficiently withstand external forces. Since the exterior material is roofed in a stepped manner, a three-dimensional exterior can be formed with high efficiency and without the need for skill. It has the following characteristics.
