It is.
Therefore, automatic transaction machines with attendants installed outside stores are beginning to appear, but due to the working hours of the attendants, there are times when the attendant is not present during these operating hours. If a failure occurs in the automatic transaction device during this time, it will be impossible for the user to resolve the failure, resulting in a stagnation of transaction operations. In order to avoid such a situation, it may be possible to leave another staff member in charge during the above-mentioned hours, but this would go against the labor-saving efforts of financial institutions and the social situation mentioned above.

In the figure, 10 is a power-on switch of the monitoring device 3, 11 is a DC power supply device of the monitoring device that outputs each DC voltage required by inputting AC 100V, and 12 is a display, buzzer, or voice output device for assisting the staff. A monitor panel 13 is equipped with a means for notifying the automatic transaction device 1 of a failure or a customer calling an attendant, and allowing the clerk to visually monitor the operating status of the automatic transaction device and to interact with the customer via an intercom or telephone, etc.; A supervisory control circuit connects to the automatic transaction device 1 to receive failure information and staff call information, and based on this, returns given response information and controls the monitor panel 12; 14 is a switching operation of the switching device 5; A relay 15 is a driver for operating the customer relay 14 in response to a detection signal from the power on/off detection circuit 4, and 14a and 14b are switching contacts of the relay 14.

does not activate the relay 14. Therefore, the switching contacts 14a and 14b of the relay operate to connect the transmission line of the monitoring information SD from the automatic transaction device 1 and the transmission line of the response information RD thereto to the line connection section 9 side, as shown by solid lines in FIG. in a state. As a result, the monitoring information SD of the automatic transaction device 1 is transferred to the remote monitoring center 7, and a staff member of the monitoring center 7 monitors the operational status of the automatic transaction device 1 using the monitoring device 8b.

It consists of a main control section that organically controls the operation of the automatic transaction system, and a communication control section that controls the exchange of data with the center of the automated trading system. Failure or abnormality in each of these sections can be detected by the main control section within the main control section. It is detected by the failure part detection circuit, and the automatic transaction device 1 issues a notification of the occurrence of the failure as well as information indicating the part where the failure has occurred. Further, when the customer is confused about the transaction operation and presses the clerk call button on the keyboard, the automatic transaction device 1 similarly sends out the clerk call signal.

As a result, the detection circuit 4 outputs a power-on detection signal, drives the driver 15, and operates the relay 14. As a result, switching contact 1 of switching device 5
4a and 14b are switched to the monitoring device 3 side, and the monitoring device 3 is connected to the automatic transaction device 1. Thereafter, this automatic transaction device 1 is monitored by the monitoring device 3,
In the event of a failure or a call from a customer, a staff member on standby will actually take the necessary measures on the spot based on the monitoring information and guide the customer's operations.
