DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a method for creating a running path for vehicles running on a lawn such as a golf course.

Recently, transport vehicles have been used at golf courses to transport luggage such as golf bags and personnel such as players and players, and the portions where these transport vehicles travel relatively frequently are designated travel routes. Conventionally, when constructing this driving path, asphalt, concrete, or the like is paved along the driving line. However, in this conventional method, the paved road is relatively wide, exceeding the vehicle width of the transport vehicle, resulting in a problem that the appearance of the lawn area becomes poor. On the other hand, in order to prevent this scenery from becoming as bad as possible, it would be better to set up the above-mentioned running path relatively far from the fairway, but if this was done, it would take time to change clubs and play. Problems arise in that the progress of the game is delayed and play is hindered.

Therefore, the applicant has developed a unit block type driving path construction method that can solve the problems such as the deterioration of the scenery mentioned above. A rectangular track block consisting of a plurality of track parts and a connecting part for connecting these parts is sequentially arranged in the groove, and these parts are connected by connecting bolts and nuts.

However, in the above unit block method,
There is no problem when constructing a direct track section, but when constructing a curved section, the smaller the curvature, the larger the gap will be created outside the center of curvature of adjacent track blocks, and this section will need to be corrected at the installation site by adjusting the joints. However, there was a problem in that it required time for on-site installation work. In order to solve this problem of the time required, it is possible to prepare arc-shaped trajectory blocks according to various curvatures in advance, but this will increase the number of types of trajectory blocks. This results in a problem of high costs.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional situation, and uses a track block with a simple structure to easily create not only a direct road section but also a curved road section, and which can run on grassy areas without increasing costs. The purpose is to provide a method for creating driving roads for vehicles.

In the present invention, isosceles trapezoidal track blocks having track members at the upper and lower bases are arranged one by one in opposite directions in the direct path section and in the same direction up and down in the curved path section. This makes it possible to form both straight and curved track sections by simply selecting the direction and connecting the same track blocks.

The working steps of this embodiment method are shown in Figures 1 to 4.
11 and 12, (1) First, a running line is set, and along the line the lawn 11 is moved along the trajectory of the fairway 11.
Part a, that is, the raceway material 28 for the rear wheels and front wheels.
A, 28b, 9, a lawn part of approximately the same width as the wheel rests 8a, 9a is peeled off, and the soil of the peeled off part is further plowed to have a thickness that is approximately the same as the wheel rests 8a, 9a. Rear wheel, front wheel track line part 1

(2) Next, position the driving machine 4 so that the rear wheel and front wheel track positioning parts 2 and 3 are located on the rear and front wheel track traces 17a and 17b, respectively (Fig. ), in this state, the respective positioning parts 2 and 3 are aligned with the track line parts 17a and 1
Drive the driving tool 4 into the soil until it contacts the bottom surface of the driving tool 7b (FIG. 11d, FIG. 12b), and then drive the strip-shaped rigid plates 2c, 2 of each of the positioning parts 2, 3.
The soil between d and 3a is excavated (Fig. 11e), and then the driving machine 4 is removed (Fig. 11f, Fig. 12c). Then, rear wheel and front wheel raceway grooves 18a and 18b are formed in the rear wheel and front wheel raceway grooves 17a and 17b, and a sleeper groove 19 is recessed in a direction perpendicular to the raceway grooves 17a and 17b. , the grass roots in this groove 19 portion have been cut.

Here, the traveling path 17 has a straight path portion and a curved path portion, but in this embodiment, in cutting the grass roots on the straight path portion, the isosceles trapezoid-shaped driving machine 4 is sequentially and alternately operated. Drive it into the soil upside down, and when cutting grass roots on a curved road, the driving machine 4 is properly oriented vertically in the same direction, and the lower base of the isosceles trapezoid is appropriately positioned on the outside of the curved road. and drive it into the soil.

(3) Then, insert the buried portion 7d of the sleeper 7 into the sleeper groove 19 so that the upper surfaces of the connecting seats 7a, 7b are closer to the grass 11a surface than the wheel rest portions 8a, 9a of the track members 28a, 28b, 9. Drive the sleeper 7 into the soil so that it is slightly lower than the thickness (g in the same figure), and in this state insert the embedded parts 8b, 9b of the track materials 28a, 28b, 9 into the track grooves 18a, 18b. The track materials 28a, 28b, 9 are driven into the soil so that the lower surfaces of the wheel rests 8a, 9a contact the upper surfaces of the connecting seats 7a, 7b, and then the track materials 28a, 28b, 9 are placed in the ground. It is connected to the connecting seats 7a and 7b of the wood 7 by a connector 10.

In this way, in this embodiment, the raceway materials 28a, 28
Since b and 9 are arranged in an isosceles trapezoid shape,
Both a direct road section and a curved road section can be easily and reliably constructed using only one type of sleeper 7, front wheel track material 9, and two types of rear wheel track materials 28a, 28b.
Since only the grass that has approximately the same shape as the wheel rests 8a and 9a of the track material 28b is removed, damage to the grass during construction can be minimized, and the track material 28
Since a, 28b, 9 and sleeper timbers 7 are driven into the soil, construction time and costs can be greatly reduced. In addition, after construction, the exposed objects from the lawn should be removed from the protrusion 8.
c and 9c, which are almost invisible to the player and therefore hardly spoil the landscape of the lawn. In addition, since the oval-shaped connecting hole 7c is provided, when the raceway material expands during high temperatures in summer, the amount of expansion can be absorbed by the connecting hole 7c, and furthermore, if the raceway material 28a, 28b, 9, etc. are damaged. By pulling out the connector 10, the raceway material in the part can be removed, and the part can be easily repaired.

In the above embodiment, the case where the track materials 28a, 28b, 9 are driven after the sleeper timber 7 is driven and then the two are connected is explained, but in the present invention, the sleeper timber 7 and the raceway material 28a are ,
28b and 9 may be connected by a connector 10, and then the orbital blocks may be driven simultaneously. In addition, in the above embodiment, the sleeper wood and track material were installed by driving, but in the present invention, a groove corresponding to the shape of the sleeper wood and track material is formed, and the sleeper wood and track material are installed in the groove. It can also be installed by embedding it.

Further, in the above embodiment, the case of a vehicle having a double tire type front wheel has been described, but the present invention can of course be applied to a traveling road for a vehicle having a single tire type front wheel, and in this case, the front wheel track material is Just make it a little wider than the front wheel of a single-tire type. Furthermore, the present invention can be applied to a running track for a four-wheeled vehicle that has four running trajectories. In this case, two track materials are provided for the front wheels and two track materials for the rear wheels, and the guiding material grooves are A recess may be provided in the center of each sleeper.
