Conventional cushion materials with appropriate rigidity include, for example, hard synthetic resin foam plates, spring structures in which many coil springs are installed vertically and horizontally, or Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 52-152573, Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-1982.
As disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 36954, etc., there is a method in which countless crimped staples are formed by performing needle processing as necessary, and the joining points of each staple are bonded and held with an adhesive. However, although such conventional products have rigidity, they do not have ventilation, which is an important element, and are complicated to manufacture due to their configuration, and are also unsatisfactory in terms of rigidity. The point was hot. The present invention has a unique structure that allows it to have sufficient rigidity, while also improving breathability, which is another important element for a pinerest, and furthermore, when it is used in a hospital bed, it does not bend easily following the floorboard. To provide a cushion material for pine tresses that satisfies the following.

Material: polyester, polyethylene, polypropylene fiber, or composite fibers thereof Fineness: 30 to 1000 (denier) Length: 20 to 200 (mm) The plate member 4 is formed by piercing and needle processing. Before needling, countless crimped staples, which existed simply at random as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2b, in the portion where the staple passes through and its vicinity, the proportion of staples oriented in the thickness direction increases. As a result, the flat plate member 4 has different cushioning properties in the needling direction and in a direction perpendicular to the needling direction, that is, as shown in FIG. It is large in the direction perpendicular to . Third
The figure shows an example of the characteristics of a flat plate member 4 constructed by needling. The present invention
A plurality of types of flat members 4 having such different characteristics are configured. Then, the plurality of types of flat plate members 4 thus constructed are cut into a desired cutting width l to form a plurality of types of unit members 5, and the cutting width l of the plurality of types of unit members 5 is taken as the thickness direction. A large number of unit members 5 of the plurality of types are connected as appropriate, and are integrated by bonding or welding. A method of arranging a plurality of types of unit members 5 having different cushioning properties, that is, a plurality of types of unit members 5 which are formed by needle processing to give a flat plate-like member 4 density and different properties, is, for example, on a bed floorboard. A unit member 5 having a soft (coarse) structure is arranged in the part to be bent accordingly, and
Particularly in parts where weight is applied, unit members 5 having a hard (dense) structure are arranged and integrated. A desired cushion material 7 can be obtained by combining these arrangements in various ways. What is shown in FIG. 4 is a cushion material 7 constructed in this manner. The feature of this cushion material 7 is that in addition to the above, the cutting width l of the flat plate member 4 is configured in the thickness direction of the cushion material. , cushion material 7
Since the structure is made in the thickness direction, sufficient rigidity can be obtained. At the same time, such cushion material 7
Since it is composed of a flat plate member 4 formed by needling, the cushion material has good air permeability even if the direction perpendicular to the needling direction is the thickness direction of the cushion material. FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the cushion material 7, and is an example in which the cushion material 7 is laminated or covered with a flexible material 6 as required. This allows the degree of flexibility of the cushion material to be adjusted as required. The flexible material 6 may be any conventionally used material such as a slightly thick sheet member. It goes without saying that the cushion material 7 of the present invention may be used alone as a stuffing material to form a mattress, or may be used in combination with other cushion materials to form a mattress.

(Effects of the Invention) Since the present invention is as described above, it is possible to freely obtain appropriate rigidity to prevent the body from sinking unnaturally, and also to obtain good breathability.
Moreover, it has the excellent feature that it can be bent freely according to the bed floor plate.
