As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 62-91779, for example, a concave portion and a convex portion are formed at the end of a heat insulating panel the size of one tatami mat,
The convex portion of one panel is fitted into the concave portion of the other panel, and the panels are coupled together by a coupling device called a rotary lock provided in the convex portion and the concave portion. A resin frame material has been used to form the convex portions and concave portions.

However, since the flange part is formed by bending a plate material about the size of a tatami mat, the angle of the bend is not a right angle and may curve outward or inward.
There is a dimensional difference in the fitting part with the frame material,
Gaps were likely to form between the frame material and the flange. On the other hand, when filling the foam insulation material between the inner and outer plates, the insulation material is initially in a liquid state and is injected vigorously between the two plates, so if there is a gap like the one mentioned above, it will ooze outward from the gap. This results in foaming. For this reason, there was a problem in that manufacturing steps such as removal of urethane scum and surface finishing in the gap and the vicinity thereof were increased, and quality such as heat insulation performance was deteriorated.

4 and 4 are in point or line contact instead of surface contact, and a gap is created between the two parts. It functions to close the gap between the two parts, and also functions to suppress the bleeding of the foam insulation material filled in the panel. Prevents insulation from leaking to the outside. Further, gaps are formed between the flange parts 10 and 12 and the groove parts 13 and 14, and even when this gap is small, the foaming solution flowing through the gap accumulates in the space between the fin piece 17 and the storage part 18. , this foaming stock solution foams and warps the fin pieces 17 toward the flange portion to increase the contact area, reliably closes the gap and suppresses bleeding of the foamable heat insulating material,
Reliably suppresses leakage of insulation material to the outside of the panel.
Further, the flange portions 10 and 12 are connected to the groove portions 13 and 1.

a first groove portion 13 that abuts and locks the outer surface of 0;
, a second groove portion 14 that abuts and locks the outer surface of the flange portion 12 of the outer plate 4, and is located between the first groove portion 13 and the second groove portion 14 to form a convex portion 15 or a concave portion 16. are doing. Incidentally, holes 15A and 16A for operating the coupling device 11 are formed in the convex portion 15 and the concave portion 16. Then, due to some factors such as imbalance in the pressing force by the foaming jig or warping of the flange due to errors due to bending,
Flange portions 10 and 12 and first and second groove portions 1
Even if a gap is formed between the flange part and the groove part due to point or line contact instead of surface contact with 3 and 14, in order to prevent the foaming stock solution from seeping out from this gap, the first Groove 13 and second groove 1
4, one side of which the flange parts 10 and 12 come into contact is made of a flexible soft material, such as soft foamed vinyl chloride, in a direction that prevents the foaming solution from seeping out, that is, the convex or concave portions of the frame material are directed upward. The fin pieces 17 are formed uniformly so as to be inclined downwardly and always come into contact with the flange portion. The figure shows an example in which the base portion of the fin piece 17 is arranged in a storage part 18 having a recess formed on one side, so that the fin piece 17 can be stored in the storage part 18. . In this case, even if there is a slight gap between the flange portions 10 and 12 and the first and second groove portions 13 and 14, the foaming stock solution can be used between the fin piece 17 that contacts the flange portion and the storage portion 18. This accumulates and foams, causing the fin piece 17 to warp toward the flange and increase the contact area with the flange, which improves sealing performance and prevents the heat insulating material from seeping outside. can.

are respectively locked in the first grooves 13 of the four frame members 5,
The four flanges 12 of the outer panel 4 are respectively locked in the second grooves 14 of the frame member 5, and both the inner and outer panels 3, 4 and the four frame members 5 are held down with a foaming jig, and the injection port (see Fig. Inject the foaming stock solution (not shown). At this time,
Even if there is a gap between the flange portion 10 and the first groove portion 13 or between the flange portion 12 and the second groove portion 14 due to some reason, the foaming solution that tends to ooze outward along the wall surfaces of the groove portions 13 and 14 will be prevented. , fin piece 1
7 suppresses the bleeding. Further, due to the flexibility of the fin piece 17, the filling pressure of the foaming stock solution between the fin piece 17 and the storage part 18, and the foaming pressure, the fin piece 17 warps toward the flange part 1.
0, 12 and the grooves 13, 14 (see the dotted line in Figure 5) can be expected to have a sealing effect, suppressing and preventing leakage of the insulation material to the outside, and removing urethane scum after foaming. Additionally, post-processing such as surface finishing is not required. Furthermore, the flange portion 1
If no bending errors occur when forming the fins 10 and 12 and the flanges 10 and 12 are in surface contact with the grooves 13 and 14, the fin piece 17 is stored in the storage part 18 and the flange part 10 , 12 are in contact with each other, the surfaces of the grooves 13 and 14 are flat, the flange portion and the groove portion are in surface contact, and the space between the flange portions 10, 12 and the groove portions 13 and 14 is reliably eliminated, resulting in heat insulation. Smearing of the material and leakage of the insulation material to the outside of the panel can be avoided.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, a storage portion is formed on one surface of the first and second groove portions for locking the flange, and the storage portion is formed of a flexible soft material. By arranging the fin piece that is inclined in the direction opposite to the filling direction of the insulation material and contacts the flange part, a slight gap is created between the flange part and the groove part, and the foaming solution enters into this gap. However, the fin pieces prevent leakage to the outside, and the fin pieces warp toward the flange due to the flexibility of the fin pieces and the foaming pressure of the raw solution between the fin pieces and the housing, causing the flange and groove to It can be expected to have the effect of closing the gaps between the foams, and can reliably prevent the foam insulation material from leaking to the outside. In addition, if no bending errors occur when forming the flange and the flange makes surface contact with the groove, the fin piece will be stored in the storage part and the surface of the groove in contact with the flange will be flat. This ensures surface contact between the flange portion and the groove portion, eliminates the gap between the flange portion and the groove portion, and reliably prevents the heat insulating material from bleeding and leaking to the outside of the panel.
