Moreover, those candidates already know our needs when we talk with them, so there's very little need to go back and forth with them. TECLA's candidate search has been very effective. I already know that whenever I start a new search with TECLA, they'll be able to hire a new candidate in less than three months, which is very good. Hiring through them is not only very fast but also predictable, which is hard to achieve in recruiting.
