この法律の施行の際現に商品取引員である者が受けている改正前の第四十一条第一項の許可についての改正後の同条第四項の規定の適用については、同項中「四年ごとに」とあるのは、「商品取引所法の一部を改正する法律（昭和五十年法律第六十五号）の施行の日から起算して四年を経過する日までにその更新を受けなければ、又はその更新後四年ごとに」とする。 - 経済産業省
